Υπήρξε μια δυσκολία/καθυστέρηση με τον συντονισμό για την παράδοση {καθυστέρησε 10 μέρες να "βγει" δρομολόγιο προς κέντρο Αθήνας (πώς να μην ξαφνιαστώ!)}, αλλά δεν ήταν δα και τόσο σοβαρό.. Γενικά είμαι ικανοποιημένη. Beautiful furniture looking good quality. The helpful clerk. There was a difficulty / delay with the coordination for the delivery ρησε it was 10 days late to "go out" route to the center of Athens (how not to be surprised!)}, But it was not so serious .. P	P_tnk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αγορά έγινε το 2017 , τα έπιπλα είναι αψογης ποιότητας, ειδικά στις τιμές που τα αγοράζεις ειναι σα να κλέβεις την εταιρία Τηνιακος θα έλεγα χαριτολογώντας! Ειναι 100% Ελληνικά και κάποια από αυτά τα κατασκευάζει η εταιρία! Η εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα ήταν εξαιρετική με κέρασαν καφέ και με βοήθησαν να καταλήξω σε χρώματα σχέδια κα. Χρησιμοποιούνται τα έπιπλα καθημερινά ειδικά οι καρέκλες!! Το 3 ετών παιδί μου παιζει και χοροπηδάει πανω στον καναπε αδιαλείπτως! Επίσης το υφασμα το αλεκιαστο που έβαλα στον καναπέ Ιόλη με έβγαλε ασπροπροσωπη όταν ήταν νεογέννητο και έβγαζε γουλιές συνέχεια! Το κρεβάτι Ελξις με τον αποθηκευτικό χώρο επίσης μου έχει λυσει τα χέρια διότι χωράει μέσα παρά πολλα πραγματα! Να επισημάνω ότι μενω σε νησί και στη μεταφορά τους δεν έπαθαν το παραμικρο διότι ήταν καλά τυλιγμένα με δυο ειδών περιτυλίγματα και κάποια ήταν και σε κουτες! Άλλο ένα που λάτρεψα στην εταιρία είναι η συμμετοχή της και η δωρεά με κάθε αγορά στο χαμόγελο του παιδιου! Τι να πω άλλο γι'αυτη την εταιρεία τη συνιστω ανεπιφύλακτα! Τα συγχαρητήρια μου στον Κυρίο Τηνιακο! The furniture is used daily, especially the chairs !! My 3 year old is playing and jumping on the couch all the time! Also, the stainless cloth that I put on Ioli sofa made me white-faced when she was a newborn and she kept taking sips! The Elxis bed with the storage space has also loosened my hands because it fits inside despite many things! Let me point out that I live on an island and in their transport they did not suffer the slightest because they were well wrapped with two types of wrappers and some were in boxes! Another thing I loved about the company is its participation and the donation with each purchase to the child's smile! What else can I say about this company, I highly recommend it! S	Sakis S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μετάνιωσα απλά που έδωσα τόσα χρήματα σε αυτήν την εταιρεία,απλά δεν τιμάνε την δουλειά τους. Παραγγείλαμε μέσα Σεπτεμβρίου καναπέ γωνιακό, έπιπλο TV, τραπεζαρία με 6 καρέκλες, μπουφέ, βιτρίνα και ένα καθρέπτη. Ύστερα από ένα μήνα περίπου μας ήρθανε τα πράγματα, ωραία λέω γρήγοροι. Την ημέρα που παρέδωσαν τα πράγματα διαπίστωσα κατά την παραλαβή ότι η μία καρέκλα ήταν διαφορετική από τις υπόλοιπες σε ύψος και οι γωνίες. Την έδωσα πίσω προκειμένου να μου φέρουν ίδια. Επίσης αφού έφυγαν οι υπάλληλοι και αφού με την ησυχία μου είδα τα υπόλοιπα διαπίστωσα γρατζουνιά στη βιτρίνα, κόψιμο στο καναπέ μεγέθους ενός cent, όπως και στον καθρέπτη διάφορα στο χρώμα στη βάση (όπως προέκυψε μετά την επισκευή είχε μείνει σκόνη και δεν το σκούπισαν).Για το κόψιμο στο καναπέ δεν ασχολήθηκα καθώς είναι σε σημείο που δεν φαίνεται. Όσο αφορά για τη γρατζουνιά ενημέρωσα το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο του Τηνιακού. Την επόμενη μετά από κανένα μήνα σχεδόν ήρθαν εκ νέου, αλλά και πάλι η καρέκλα ήταν διαφορετική, παρέλαβαν και την πόρτα της τζαμαρίας για να γίνει αλλαγή (γρατζουνιά), αλλά και μία καρέκλα για σύγκριση με αυτή που έλειπε. Την επόμενη που ήρθαν ξανά η καρέκλα δεν ήταν ίδια φαίνεται δεν μπορούσαν να βρουν ίδια, αλλά και αυτή που είχαν πάρει δεν μου την έφεραν και είχα δύο διαφορετικές σε σχέση με τις άλλες...όπως επίσης και η πόρτα της τζαμαρίας δεν μπήκαν καν στον κόπο να την αλλάξουν καθώς η γρατζουνιά παραμένει. Μετά λίγο οι γιορτές, λίγο η πανδημία φτάσαμε αρχές Ιουνίου για να παραλάβω επιτέλους 6 νεες καρέκλες για την τραπεζαρία. Βέβαια μετά από πολλές ενοχλήσεις, καθώς κάθε φορά μου έλεγαν να βγάλουμε δρομολόγιο,λες και με νοιάζει εμένα το δρομολόγιο όταν έχεις να μου παραδώσεις τα πράγματα και να ολοκληρωθεί η παραγγελία 8 μήνες σχεδόν. Όσο για την γρατζουνιά στην βιτρίνα, τα παιδιά που ήρθαν μου ανέφεραν ότι δεν είναι γρατζουνιά και θα φύγει με ένα συρματάκι μαλακό..το δοκίμασα και αυτό απλά για να δω ποιος το παίζει τρελός και ποιος όχι. Από ποιότητα πάντως δεν έχω ακόμη παράπονα, βέβαια θα δείξει σε βάθος χρόνου. Τέλος θα αναφερθώ και στο μηχανισμό του καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι, είναι ένα ράντζο διπλωμένο από πάνω μια σανίδα,τα μαξιλάρια και έτοιμος, απλά απαράδεκτος ο μηχανισμός καθώς χαλάει την δομή του καναπέ και θέλει η τάβλα που ποτέ δεν κάθεται καλά, να μπει με τρόπο ώστε τα μαξιλάρια να μην γέρνουν προς τα μέσα. Όπως και να έχει δεν τη συστήνω καθόλου την εταιρεία, απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά και κοροϊδία όταν έχεις δώσει 5500€ , επίσης το καλύτερο που θα μπορέσετε να κάνετε να μην μπείτε καν στον κόπο να απαντήσετε στη κριτική μου, περί ψεύτικης κριτικής κτλ κτλ. Εάν έχετε λίγη αξιοπρέπεια φροντιστε να γίνεται καλύτεροι και όχι να απαντάτε με στυλ στις αληθές κριτικές των πελατών. I just regretted giving so much money to this company, they just don't honor their work. In September we ordered a corner sofa, TV furniture, a dining table with 6 chairs, a buffet, a display case and a mirror. After about a month, things came to a head, I say nice fast. On the day the items were handed over, I found out that one chair was different from the others in height and angles. I gave it back so they could bring it to me. Also, after the employees left and after I quietly saw the rest, I noticed a scratch on the window, a cut on the couch the size of a cent, as well as in the mirror various colors on the base (as it turned out after the repair there was dust and they did not wipe). I didn't bother to cut the couch as it is in a place that is not visible. As for the scratch, I informed the telephone center of Tiniakos. The next day after almost a month they almost came again, but again the chair was different, they also received the glass door to make a change (scratch), but also a chair for comparison with the one that was missing. The next time they came back the chair was not the same it seems they couldn't find the same, but the one they had taken didn't bring it to me and I had two different ones compared to the others ... as well as the glass door didn't even enter the trouble to change it as the scratch remains. After the holidays, the pandemic arrived at the beginning of June to finally pick up 6 new chairs for the dining room. Of course, after a lot of inconvenience, as every time I was told to take a route, it's as if I care about the route when you have to deliver things to me and the order is completed in almost 8 months. As for the scratch on the window, the children who came told me that it is not a scratch and will leave with a soft wire ... I tried this just to see who is playing it crazy and who is not. However, I still have no complaints about the quality, of course it will show in the long run. Finally, I will refer to the mechanism of the sofa that becomes a bed, it is a ranch folded on top of a board, the pillows and ready, the mechanism is simply unacceptable as it spoils the structure of the sofa and wants the board that never sits well to enter so that the pillows do not tilt inwards. Anyway, I do not recommend the company at all, unacceptable behavior and ridicule when you have given € 5,500, also the best thing you can do is not even bother to respond to my criticism, about false criticism etc etc. If you have a little Dignity make sure you get better and not respond in style to true customer reviews.
