A culinary gem on the map of Crete! We tried the most delicious cheeses we have ever eaten and we could still see how they are made. The people who create this place are passionate about what they do. Their cheeses can be bought vacuum-packed, so they are perfect as a culinary holiday souvenir. We highly recommend it to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ποιοτικά τυροκομικά προϊόντα σε πολύ καλές τιμές. Η υγιεινή που τηρείται όμως στους πάγκους εξυπηρέτησης είναι ελλιπής. Εκεί που ακούμπησα τα πράγματα μου & τα χρήματα στο ίδιο σημείο ακούμπησε ένα κομμάτι τυρί που μου προσέφερε για δοκιμή. Επίσης η κυρία που μας εξυπηρέτησε, έπιασε τα χρήματα που πλήρωσε ο προηγούμενος πελάτης & χωρίς να απολυμάνει τα χέρια της έπιασε το τυρί του επόμενου. Μεγάλο λάθος!!
High quality cheese products at very good prices. However, the hygiene that is observed on the service benches is insufficient. Where I put my things & money in the same place a piece of cheese was placed that he offered me for tasting. Also, the lady who served us, caught the money paid by the previous customer & without disinfecting her hands, caught the cheese of the next one. Big mistake!!
