Μεγάλη ποικιλία σε όλα τα είδη, ψωμιά , πίτες , κρύα σάντουιτς, ακόμα και γλυκα και όλα χειροποίητα και παρασκευασμένα πίσω στο εργαστήριο τους! Όλοι στο κέντρο της πόλης το ξέρουν!! Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό!! Η κυρία στο ταμείο , αν και μεγάλης ηλικίας , ευγενέστατη και πέραν του δέοντος εξυπηρετική! Of the best ovens, if not the best! Great variety in all kinds, breads, pies, cold sandwiches, even sweet and all handmade and prepared back to their lab! Everyone in the city center knows it !! The staff courteous and very helpful !! The lady at the cashier, though old, courteous and beyond all means helpful!

Για το ψωμί δεν γνωρίζω αλλα ούτε και πρόκειται να μάθω… Λυπάμαι , δεν συνίσταται σε καμία περίπτωση. Disappointingly low quality breakfast, obviously the day before. I do not know about bread but I am not going to know either… I'm sorry, it is not recommended in any case.

Αυτό που με είχε κερδίσει και με πρώτο έφερε στο μαγαζί ήταν το τουλουμπάκι, πιο ελαφρύ και με απαλό σιρόπι σε σχέση με χατζη ο οποίος τα κατάργησε κιόλας πρόσφατα. Αργότερα δοκίμασα σχεδόν τα πάντα. Επίσης μου άρεσε που δεν άλλαξε η λογική του μαγαζιού μετά την ανακαίνιση. Έχουμε πήξει στους φούρνους που το παίζουν μοριακή κουζίνα....το τιτάνια δεν είναι έτσι, νοστιμιές σε λογική τιμή για κέντρο, δεν ζητώ τίποτα παραπάνω απ το να μείνει αυτό που ειναι. Historic shop. M	Maria Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο τους κλασσικους, διαχρονικους φουρνους της Θεσσαλονικης, βρισκεται σε πολυ κεντρικο δρομο της πολης και σιγουρα μια πρωινη επισκεψη αξιζει..οπωσδηποτε να δοκιμασετε τα κουλουρια ολικης ( τα θεωρω τα καλυτερα της πολης) , τους λουκουμαδες. From the classic, timeless ovens of Thessaloniki, it is located on a very main street of the city and definitely a morning visit is worth it .. definitely try the whole buns (I consider them the best in the city), the donuts.
