★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them ZERO STARS instead of one. Originally when we booked we were told that when collected for our departure from our hotel we would not be collected anymore more than 3 hours earlier prior to our flight. So we decided to go with this service, upon calling to check our collection time for our flight tomorrow we were told that we’d be collected at 8:55am from our hotel & to be ready 15 minutes before hand so 8:40am when our flight is not until 2:05PM. The lady on the phone ‘Dina’ when we asked could we be refunded and we’d get a taxi instead as we didn’t want to be sitting in the airport for hours told us as we didn’t cancel 48 hours ahead of time so we couldn’t get a refund, even though our collection time was ONLY AVAILABLE to us 24 hours before our departure from the company so there was no way we could cancel in the advance to get a refund as we were not made aware that we’d be collected so early, only for I called them myself and asked. Will definitely not ever be using this service again!!!
