★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαίσιο σέρβις μετά την πώληση. Αγοράζω ανταλλακτικό, σπάει την ίδια μέρα, δεν παραπονιεμαι, πάω καλοπροαίρετα να μου δώσει μια λύση. Μου λένε ότι δεν φέρνει άλλο και ότι σπάνε όλη την ωρα (τότε γιατί τα φέρνεις). Ζητάω έστω ένα μέρος των χρημάτων πίσω και μου λένε "δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε κατι".
Άσχημη συμπεριφορά.
Poor after-sales service. I buy a spare part, it breaks the same day, I do not complain, I go in good faith to give me a solution. They tell me that it does not bring anymore and that they break all the time (then why do you bring them). I ask for at least some of the money back and they tell me "we can not do anything".
Bad behavior.
