Παραπλάνητικο!!! 3 εβδομάδες πριν την ημερομηνία άφιξης μας κλείσαμε 2 δωμάτια και επιβεβαίωσαμε την κράτηση μας με προκαταβολή μέσω τραπέζης.. 3 μέρες πριν φτάσουμε θεωρήσαμε σωστό να καλέσουμε για δεύτερη επιβεβαίωση. Ολα καλά μέχρι εδώ...Φτάνουμε στις 2 Ιανουαρίου για το check in μας και η κυρία στην ρεσεψιόν έκπληκτη μας λέει ότι δεν ήξεραν αν θα πάμε τελικά και ότι έχει δώσει τα δωμάτια μας.. μας βάζει σε άλλα δωμάτια μικρότερα ( οχι αυτά που είχαμε κλείσει) της ζήτησα εφόσον δεν έχει τα δωμάτια μας να μας κάνει καλύτερη τιμή ( η αρχική τιμή που μας είχε δώσει ήταν 60€) . Μόλις το άκουσε αυτό άρχισε να φωνάζει και να μας λέει ότι τις κάνουμε θέμα για τα λεφτά και πήγε να πει στους ανθρώπους που έδωσε τα δωμάτια μας να φύγουν και να πάνε σε άλλο ενώ ήδη έχουν ξαπλώσει στο κρεβάτι, εμείς επιμείναμε να μην γίνει όλο αυτό και απλά να μας δώσει άλλη τιμή για το μικρότερο δωμάτιο. Μετά από λίγο μας μετέφερε σε ένα πολύ μεγαλύτερο δωμάτιο με τζάκι και θέα για να μην δημιουργηθεί πρόβλημα όπως μας είπε, δεν πέρασε όμως μισή ώρα και μας ενημερώνει ότι θα πάμε στο δωμάτιο που κλείσαμε από την αρχή ( έβγαλε δηλαδή τους άλλους από μέσα). Το δωμάτιο βρώμικο και ασκουπιστο . Και όλα αυτά μόνο το 1 απο τα 2 δωματια που κλείσαμε οι φίλου μας απλά έμειναν σε ένα δωμάτιο που σίγουρα δεν ήταν αυτό που κάναμε κράτηση. Πουθενά ιντερνετ πάρα μόνο στο μπαρ κάτω. Μετά την όλη ταλαιπωρία μας στισ 4 Ιανουαρίου (check out ) μας ειπαν ότι δεν έχουν POS και ξαφνικά η τιμή του δωματίου έγινε 65€ και τα μεταφέραμε σε τραπεζικο λογαριασμο του προσωπικού λέγοντας μας μην βάλετε αιτιολογία.. απόδειξη πουθενά.. Just unacceptable. Misleading !!! 3 weeks before our arrival date we booked 2 rooms and confirmed our reservation with a bank deposit .. 3 days before we arrived we considered it right to call for a second confirmation. All is well so far ... We arrive on January 2 for our check in and the lady at the reception is surprised and tells us that they did not know if we would finally go and that she has given us our rooms .. she puts us in other smaller rooms (not the ones we had booked) I asked her since she does not have our rooms to make us a better price (the initial price she had given us was 60 €). As soon as he heard this he started shouting and telling us that we were talking about money and he went to tell the people who gave our rooms to leave and go to another while they were already lying in bed, we insisted that all this not be done. and just give us another price for the smaller room. After a while he took us to a much larger room with a fireplace and a view so as not to create a problem as he told us, but less than half an hour passed and he informs us that we will go to the room we closed from the beginning (that is, he took the others out). The room is dirty and uninsulated. And all this only 1 of the 2 rooms that our friend booked just stayed in a room that was definitely not what we booked. Nowhere internet except in the bar below. After all our trouble on January 4 (check out) we were told that they do not have POS and suddenly the price of the room became 65 € and we transferred them to a bank account of the staff telling us not to give a reason .. proof nowhere ..
Y	YULIYA BOZHUK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενα υπέροχο μέρος για να ηρεμήσετε και να αναζωογονηθείτε. Οικοδεσπότες είναι ΥΠΈΡΟΧΗ και ΆΨΟΓΗ σε όλα τους. Πολύ φιλόξενη και ντόμπρα άτομα. Με ευσυνείδητους και υπεύθυνους υπαλλήλους. Είμαστε μια οικογένεια 4 άτομα. Μας αποδέχτηκαν σαν δικούς τους ανθρώπους.Μας σημπερεθερθηκαν πολυ καλά.Η κ.Ευρυδίκη είναι πολύ ευγενική και καλή οικοδέσποινα. Όταν φεύγαμε μας έδωσε κολατσιό για το δρόμο. Πράγματι είναι υπέροχο μέρος και αξίζει να ξανάπαμε. ❤❤❤ A great place to relax and rejuvenate. Hosts are WONDERFUL and PERFECT in all of them. Very hospitable and dumb people. With conscientious and responsible employees. We are a family of 4 people. They accepted us as their own people. They treated us very well. Mrs. Eurydice is very kind and a good hostess. When we left he gave us breakfast for the road. It really is a wonderful place and it is worth going again. ❤❤❤
K	Katerina Kalamara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φτάσαμε εκεί με τους φίλους μου στις 2/01/2022, η ιδιοκτήτρια δεν ήξερε πού να μας βάλει διότι είχε δώσει τα δωμάτια που υποτίθεται θα μέναμε εμείς. Μετά τους φίλους μου τους μεταφέρανε σε καλύτερο δωμάτιο διότι ήταν δυσαρεστημένοι, αλλά εν τέλει τους πήγανε σε άλλο δωμάτιο διότι αυτό το είχε δώσει ?3 δωμάτια στ σύνολο! Ποιος τα καθάρισε κανείς δεν ξέρει! 9 η ώρα το πρωί της επόμενης μέρας ξεκίνησαν τα κομπρεσέρ με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνήσουμε κακήν κακώς! Κορυφή όλων ήταν η παραμονή διακίνηση χρήματος! Από 60€ που συνεννοηθήκαμε τηλεφωνικώς μας το έκανε 65€, μας είπε ότι δεν έχει μηχάνημα για κάρτα και μας ζήτησε μεταφορά χρημάτων σε προσωπικό λογαριασμό χωρίς δικαιολογία στην μεταφορά! Όταν, δε,της ζητήθηκε απόδειξη δια του τηλεφώνου έγινε έξαλλη και μας ζήτησε 1,5€ επιπλέον κάθε βράδυ ανά άτομο και σκρινσοτ ούτως ώστε να μας στείλει την απόδειξη! Όσο για το "γιατί το 60€ που αναγράφεται πίσω απο την πόρτα του δωματίου έγινε 65€" η απάντηση της ήταν ότι βγάζει την τιμή όπως θέλει! Δε θα το πρότεινα σε κανέναν! Καθόλου φιλικό περιβάλλον, αντιεπαγγελματικό! We arrived there with my friends on 2/01/2022, the owner did not know where to put us because she had given the rooms that we were supposed to stay. Then my friends took them to a better room because they were unhappy, but in the end they went to another room because that had given ?3 rooms in total! Nobody knows who cleaned them! 9 o'clock in the morning of the next day the compressors started with the result that we woke up badly! Top of all was the eve of money trafficking! From 60 € that we agreed on by phone he did it 65 €, he told us that he does not have a machine for a card and he asked us to transfer money to a personal account without an excuse for the transfer! When, however, she was asked for a receipt over the phone, she became furious and asked us for an additional € 1.5 every night per person and a screenshot so that she could send us the receipt! As for "why the 60 € that is written behind the door of the room became 65 €" her answer was that she puts out the price as she wants! I would not recommend it to anyone! No friendly environment, unprofessional!

Our Corner room with fireplace was very good. Homemade breakfast with local ingredients and excellent hospitality from Mrs Vicky and Mr Charilaos.
