M	Mary Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το επισκέφθηκαμε για πρώτη φορά Δευτέρα του Πάσχα. Όμορφος χώρος, εμείς βέβαια καθίσαμε έξω. Εκείνη την ημέρα το μοναδικό προσωπικό του καταστήματος ήταν ένα παλικάρι, το οποίο με χαμόγελο και ακούραστα εξυπηρετούσε τα πάντα (ετοίμαζε, σέρβιρε, μάζευε). Καθώς ήταν μόνος του και τον λυπήθηκαμε, η παραγγελία μας ήταν κυρίως πράγματα έτοιμα που δεν απαιτούσαν παρασκευή, οπότε δεν δοκίμασαμε τα γλυκά κλπ. Οπότε 5/5 στο αοκνο παλληκάρι, 2/5 στην διεύθυνση του καταστήματος για την υποστελέχωση του, μέσος όρος 3,5/5. We visited it for the first time on Easter Monday. Beautiful place, we of course sat outside. On that day, the only staff in the shop was a lad, who, with a smile and tirelessly served everything (he was preparing, servicing, collecting). As he was alone and we were sorry, our order was mostly stuff that did not require preparation, so we did not try the desserts and so on. So 5/5 to the tough guy, 2/5 in the store's address for subsistence, an average of 3.5 / 5.

Σημερα, για αλλη μια φορα πηγαμε για πρωινο καφε, η κουπα του καφε μου ειχε κραγιον κοκκινο επανω, το οποιο θεωρω απαραδεχτο αν και ακομα πιο απαρεδεχτη βρισκω την αντιδραση της σερβιτορας που "σπαστηκε" κιολας απο πανω, ακολουθει ο διαλογος : - "συγνωμη να σας πω λιγο, εχει λεκε απο κραγιον η κουπα μου" - " να σας κανω αλλο?" -" οχι... απλα αυτο δεν φευγει με το πλυσιμο?" -"ναι φευγει" Οποτε τι να υποθεσω? Οτι δεν πληθηκε??? Και ουτε καν συγγνωμη. Λυπαμαι γιατι κατα τα αλλα ειναι ωραιο μαγαζακι αλλα η συμπεριφορα και η υγεινη δεν αντικαθιστανται The shop is very beautiful and they visit it often. X	Xenofon Tsakanikas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επίσκεψη μετά το lockdown του χειμώνα (δλδ. αρχές Μαϊου). Στα θετικά: ο σερβιτόρος γρήγορος, ευγενικός και (γενικά) εξυπηρετικός. Στα αρνητικά: η μπύρα ζεστή. Σερβιρίστηκε σε κρύο ποτήρι αλλά στην καλύτερη των περιπτώσεων έγινε χλιαρή. Δεν θύμιζε μπύρα. Το μεγάλο και σοβαρό σφάλμα ήταν άλλο. Ο σερβιτόρος μας έφερε κατάλογο στην αρχή και η παραγγελία έγινε βάσει καταλόγου. Οι τιμές όμως, όπως αποδείχτηκε μετά, ήταν άλλες!!! Η δικαιολογία ήταν ότι δεν πρόλαβαν να αλλάξουν κατάλογο. Ωστόσο, δεν υπήρχε καμία ενημέρωση στην αρχή (ότι δηλαδή οι τιμές δεν ισχύουν) κι επιπλέον θεωρώ αστεία τη δικαιολογία ότι δεν πρόλαβαν. Θα μπορούσαν να χρησιμοποιούσαν πρόχειρα αυτοκόλλητα ή να ενημερώνουν προφορικά ΠΡΙΝ την παραγγελία. Το σφάλμα είναι σοβαρό και για αυτό δεν μπορώ να αξιολογήσω με κάτι περισσότερο... Στην καλύτερη των περιπτώσεων διαχειριστική προχειρότητα. Στη χειρότερη... Visit after the winter lockdown (ie early May). On the plus side: the waiter is fast, polite and (generally) helpful. The waiter brought us a list at the beginning and the order was made based on a list. But the prices, as it turned out later, were different !!! The excuse was that they did not manage to change the list. However, there was no information at the beginning (that is, the prices do not apply) and I also find the excuse that they did not catch on funny. They could use makeshift stickers or inform orally BEFORE the order. The error is serious and for this I can not evaluate with anything more ... In the best cases managerial sloppiness. At worst ...

Όταν ήρθε η ώρα του λογαριασμού και χωρίς προηγούμενη ενημέρωση μας είπαν πως το νερό είναι έξτρα +0.50. Ο σερβιτόρος μας είπε πως αναγράφεται στον κατάλογο και όταν ζητήσαμε να μας το δείξει δεν μας έδειξε κάποιου είδους προσφορά ή πακέτο αλλά την τιμή του νερού στη στήλη των αναψυκτικών. Στη συνέχεια μας είπαν ότι όλα τα φαγητά έχουν 3 ευρώ (χωρίς επίσης να το αναγράφουν σε έναν κενό μαυροπίνακα στην είσοδο) και γενικά απ' ό,τι φαίνεται μάλλον το μαγαζί δεν θεωρεί σημαντικό να γνωρίζουν οι πελάτες πόσο κάνουν τα πράγματα, να μπορούν να επιλέξουν εν πλήρη γνώσει κλπ. Αισθανθήκαμε ότι μας κοροϊδεύουν και δεν μας σέβονται. Δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπάμε. As soon as we sat down, they brought us bottles of bottled water. Ζητήσαμε σοκολάτα ρόφημα, δεν είχαν. Σοκολάτα βρε; Εξυπηρέτηση, άστα να πάνε. Το τραπέζι δεν το καθάρισε από τους προηγούμενους. Ενώ είναι όμορφος χώρος, ντεκόρ, τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο πάρκο, η οργάνωση είναι ανύπαρκτη. Πρέπει να βρουν προσωπικό που να ξέρει τη δουλειά και να τους οργανώσει. Παλιότερα που πήγαινα ήταν όλα μια χαρά. Κρίμα γιατι είναι χώρος που άξιζε. Glasses for water as you can see did not bring.
