★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα απο την πλατεία της Ορεστιάδας. Δέν το πίστευα !!! Είχα πληροφορηθεί βέβαια για την πανέμορφη φύση της περιοχής και για την τεράστια παιδική χαρά που θα μας διευκόλυνε με τα παιδιά αλλά… την άριστη και ανόθευτη ποιότητα των εδεσμάτων (πρώτες ύλες και μαγείρεμα!) δεν την περίμενα με τίποτε δεδομένου ότι κοντά στα σύνορα οι άνθρωποι είναι συνήθως ξεχασμένοι και παλεύουν μόνοι τους. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Η κουζίνα του πεντακάθαρη. Το κρασί δικό του . Όλα τα πιάτα γευστικά και οι μερίδες μεγάλες. Οι πατάτες δικές του, όχι βιομηχανικές (απο αυτό διαφοροποιείται το αυθεντικό απο το πρόχειρο). Άνθρωποι του Έβρου, νοικοκύρηδες και άξιοι. Εύγε !!Εύγε!! Εύγε!!
Just 9 km from Orestiada square. I did not believe it !!! Of course I was informed about the beautiful nature of the area and the huge playground that would facilitate us with the children but… the excellent and unadulterated quality of the dishes (raw materials and cooking!) I did not expect it with anything since people close to the border they are usually forgotten and fight on their own. The owner is very kind and helpful. His kitchen is spotless. The wine is his. All dishes are delicious and the portions are large. The potatoes are his own, not industrial (this differentiates the original from the clipboard). People of Evros, housewives and worthy. Well done !! Well done !! Well done!!
