Δεύτερον υποτίθεται περνάς από αξιολόγηση ώστε να σε αναθέσουν στον καταλληλότερο επαγγελματία βάσει των προβλημάτων που έχεις και βάσει της οικονομικής επιλογής που έχεις κάνει. Τρίτον η γραμματέας μάλλον δεν είναι ενήμερη επί του προγράμματος λειτουργίας του κέντρου, καθώς ο αξιολογητής με ενημέρωσε ότι υπάρχει η δυνατότητα συνεδρίας και τα Σάββατα, αλλά κατά τη γραμματέα είναι κλειστά. Επομένως, κάποια έλλειψη συνεννόησης σίγουρα υπάρχει. Τέταρτον, στην πρώτη συνεδρία αναφέρεσαι στα ίδια ακριβώς πράγματα που έχεις πει στην αξιολόγηση. Ποιος ο λόγος της αξιολόγησης τότε; Να περάσω άλλη μία ώρα για να πω ακριβώς τα ίδια πράγματα ενώ υπάρχει καταγραφή ιστορικού; Πέμπτον ο επαγγελματίας που εν τέλει σε αναλαμβάνει περνά τη μισή ώρα της συνεδρίας ενημερώνοντας τον εκάστοτε ασθενή για τις οικονομικές χρεώσεις σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης του ραντεβού.
