★ ★ ★ ★ ★ το καλύτερο ψωμί έβερ... με το προζύμι! αλλά και όλα τα καλούδια του είναι σούπερ! με κέρασαν και λουκουμαδάκια για τον καφέ! :-)
 the best bread ever ... with the sourdough! but all its goodies are great! I was also treated to donuts for coffee! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το "ΚΑΡΒΕΛΑΚΙ" είναι ο φούρνος της γειτονιάς μας.
Κάθε πρωΐ πηγαίνοντας για το μοναδικό προζυμένιο ψωμί του, αντικρίζοντας τα ολόφρεσκα - λαχταριστά προιόντα του, τυρόπιτες, λουκουμάδες, μοσχομυριστά τσουρέκια, κουλουράκια, παξιμάδια και καλούδια κάθε λογής, ότι τραβάει η ψυχή σου, είναι αδύνατον να φύγεις μόνο με τον προορισμό που ήρθες, το ψωμί.
Τώρα τα Χριστούγεννα τα μελομακάρουνα και οι κουραμπιέδες του δεν παίζονται, δεν υπάρχουν πουθενά αλλού...
Είναι ολόιδια με τις παιδικές μας αναμνήσεις, τις μαμαδίστικες, που τόσο πολύ έχουν σημαδέψει την ψυχή μας.

"KARVELAKI" is the bakery of our neighborhood.
Every morning, going for his unique pre-baked bread, seeing his fresh - delicious products, cheese pies, donuts, musky buns, cookies, rusks and all kinds of goodies, whatever your soul craves, it is impossible to leave with the destination, or bread.
Now at Christmas his melomakarouna and kourabiedes are not played, they do not exist anywhere else ...
They are identical with our childhood memories, the motherly ones, that have marked our soul so much.
