'Επλυνα τις 3 φόρμες μαζί στους 30 και κάποια έβγαλε χρώμα και χάλασε την μια. Κάλεσα και μου είπαν ότι θα την αντικαταστήσουν. Κάνω 2η παραγγελία για 16 ετών και στέλνω email ζητώντας για τα σχέδια που είδα επιβεβαίωση μήκους παντελονιού για να είμαι σίγουρη ότι θα κάνει στο παιδί. Έστειλα και 2ο αλλά μου πρότειναν να τους καλέσω. Το τηλ. Έδειχνε ότι δεν απαντάει κανείς. Οπότε απλά τα παράτησα. Νομίζω ότι χρειάζονται βελτίωση στην εξυπηρέτηση..... I placed an order for 3 overalls for 14 years which I received quickly and I really liked their texture. I read the photocopy about the wash (Well done). I washed the 3 forms together at 30 and some of them took out color and spoiled one. I called and they told me they would replace her. I am placing a 2nd order for 16 years old and I am sending an email asking for the designs I saw to confirm the length of the pants to be sure that it will work on the child. I sent a second one but they suggested I call them. The phone showed that no one answered. So I just gave up. I think they need improvement in service .....
