Ευτυχώς η καλή κυρία που δουλεύει στο κατάστημα, παραξενεύτηκε που βάλαμε άχνη και κανένα σε μια κατεψυγμένη μπουγάτσα και κατάλαβε ότι κάτι πάει στραβά και μας πήρε τηλέφωνο και μας ενημέρωσε ότι ήταν όντως κατεψυγμένη κάτι που δεν καταλήγει αρχικά. Τελικά πήραμε pancakes και κουλούρι, τα οποία ήταν πολύ τίμια. Παρόλο που η παραγγελία έλεγε αρχικά 40 λεπτά, εν τέλει ήρθε νωρίτερα. We ordered a kilo of raw baguette with icing and cinnamon. Luckily the good lady who works in the store was surprised that we put icing on and no one in a frozen baguette and she realized something was wrong and she phoned us and informed us that it was indeed frozen which did not end there. Eventually we got pancakes and bun, which were very honest. Although the order initially took 40 minutes, it eventually arrived earlier.

Ε να μην σας τα πολυλογω στις 00:30 το κατάστημα είχε κλείσει και προφανώς χωρίς να έχει έρθει οι παραγγελία μας!!!! Ωραίοι ??? If I could give you -1 I would give it to you !!!! We ordered at 23:30 and in order not to look strange we patiently waited for our order !!!! Not to mention at 00:30 the store was closed and obviously without our order has arrived !!!! Nice ???
g	giorgos mparmperakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγειλαμε πρωινό μετά παραγγειλαμε μεσημεριανό πρώτα ήρθε το μεσημεριανό και μετά το πρωινό. Αναμονή 1.30 ώρα για 3 πράγματα απόσταση νεαπολη-πολιχνη. Και όταν πήρα τηλ στο μαγαζί ή κοπελίτσα είχε ύφακι σαν να τησ χρωστούσα κιόλασ και μου έκανε χάρη! Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση! We ordered breakfast then we ordered lunch first came lunch and then breakfast. Waiting 1.30 hours for 3 things distance city-city. And when I called the store or the girl had a weft as if I owed her and she did me a favor! Unacceptable service!
D	Debbie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δε θα έβαζα κανένα αστεράκι. Είναι κρίμα γιατί έχουν καλή ποιότητα. Το καλό είναι ότι καθυστερούν πάνω από 1 ώρα χωρίς προειδοποίηση και 2 φορές μάλιστα δεν λαμβάνουν καν παραγγελία που έχεις πληρώσει με κάρτα και τα ρίχνουν συνέχεια στην εφαρμογή. Μετά πρέπει να περιμένεις αλλη μία ώρα να τα ψήσουν. Το έλεος είναι λίγο να το περιγράψει. I would not put any asterisk. It is a pity because they have good quality. The good thing is that they are delayed for more than 1 hour without warning and 2 times they do not even receive an order that you have paid with a card and they keep throwing them in the application. G	Geo Kat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική η κυρία που είναι το πρωι στο τηλέφωνο. Έχω παρεγγηλει 5-6 φορες και τις 4 τελευταίες έκανε μια ώρα να ερθει η παραγγελία χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση. Την τελευταία φορά πήρα τηλέφωνο στην 1 ωρα και 10 λεπτά να την ακυρώσω γιατί έπρεπε να πάω στην δουλειά μου και αυτή η απαράδεκτη άρχισε να φωνάζει κι έλεγε δεν θα σου ξαναφερω φαγητό και τέτοια. 10 χρόνια πελάτης,πάντα νυχτα. Ποτε ξανά από εκεί. Tragic the lady who is on the phone in the morning. I have ordered 5-6 times and the last 4 it took an hour for the order to arrive without any information. Last time I got a phone call at 1 hour and 10 minutes to cancel it because I had to go to work and this unacceptable one started shouting and said I will not bring you food again and such. 10 years customer, always at night. Never again from there.
