Τα 2 αστέρια τα βάζω γιατί είχα καιρό υποψιαστεί ότι κάτι δεν πηγαινε καλά με τις χρεώσεις και δυστυχώς επιβεβαιωθηκα. Παρήγγειλα 1 κιλό σαρδέλες ψητές. Όταν τις πήγαμε σπίτι και ανοίξαμε το κουτί είδαμε ότι αφενός ήταν πολύ λίγες σε ποσότητα και αφετέρου τους είχαν βγάλει τα κεφαλια(δεν ειπώθηκε ποτέ κάτι τέτοιο, εμείς τα τρώμε). Τις ζυγισαμε και ήταν... 500gr!!! Στο τηλέφωνο μας είπαν ότι είναι η φυσιολογική φύρα (προφανώς, άμα βγάλεις τα κεφάλια) και ότι τους το έχουν πει και άλλοι πελάτες. Άρα πληρώσαμε 9€ για μισό κιλό ψητές σαρδέλες. Έλεος! Αφού σας το είπαν και άλλοι πελάτες, αλλάξτε την πολιτική σας. Τέλος, να πω ότι την Καθαρά Δευτέρα που είχαμε πάει από εκεί να παραγγείλουμε, ο τύπος που μας έβαλε τα ψάρια λίγο πριν τα πιάσει με τα χέρια του, είχε σκυψει κάτω από τον πάγκο να πιάσει κάτι και ακουμπούσε το πάτωμα... Όταν του το είπαμε, είπε διαφορες πολύ ενδιαφέρουσες δικαιολογίες. Όπως καταλαβαίνετε κάπου εκεί μας έχασαν από πελάτες. Κρίμα, γιατί μένουμε δίπλα και μας είχε βολέψει πολύ. First of all let me say that the quality is very good. I have no issue with this. I put the 2 stars because I had long suspected that something was wrong with the charges and unfortunately I was confirmed. I ordered 1 kilo of grilled sardines. When we took them home and opened the box we saw that on the one hand they were very few in quantity and on the other hand they had their heads taken out (nothing like that was ever said, we eat them). We weighed them and it was ... 500gr !!! We were told on the phone that it was normal (obviously, if you take your heads off) and that other customers had told them. So we paid 9 € for half a kilo of grilled sardines. Mercy! After other customers have told you, change your policy. Finally, to say that on Shrove Monday that we had gone from there to order, the guy who put the fish in just before he caught it with his hands, had crouched under the counter to catch something and was leaning on the floor ... When we said it, he said various very interesting excuses. As you can understand somewhere there we were lost by customers. Too bad, because we live next door and it was very comfortable for us.
