Με παραγγελία πριν από κάποιες μέρες για το Πάσχα, να παίρνεις στο τέλος ότι υπάρχει περιμένοντας 2.30 ώρες!!!, γιατί κάποιοι προμηθευτές δεν παρέδωσαν τις παραγγελίες στο κατάστημα... και μέχρι εδώ εντάξει, η ευθύνη είναι σε άλλον. Ποια είναι όμως η υπεύθυνη συμπεριφορά του καταστήματος απέναντι στους πελάτες του; Από τη στιγμή που το Σάββατο το πρωί γνώριζε για τη μειωμένη ή την μη απόκριση του προμηθευτή γιατί δεν ενημέρωσε έγκαιρα τους πελάτες του, των οποίων είχε τα τηλέφωνα, για να έχουν την όποια επιλογή στη συγκεκριμένη συγκυρία να βρουν αυτό που ήθελαν? Τι νόημα έχει η παραγγελία αν δεν ενημερώνεται ο πελάτης για την αδυναμία εκτέλεσής της. Καλώς ή κακώς οι έκτακτες καταστάσεις απαιτούν σωστή διαχείριση και σεβασμό στον πελάτη. Έχει τύχει να παραγγείλουμε και να περάσουμε να τα πάρουμε Τσικνοπέμπτη που υπήρχε μεγάλη κίνηση και πάλι ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Σήμερα έπρεπε το μωρό μας να ξεκινήσει να τρώει πρώτη φορά μοσχάρι. Έχοντάς το άρρωστο ζήτησαμε να μας το φέρουν στο σπίτι. Έγκαιρη παράδοση και το πιο τρυφερό μοσχάρι! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!
