Απαράδεκτη εταιρία!! Παραγγελία με ηλεκτρονική πληρωμή, 2 εβδομάδες καθυστέρηση και πάμε για Τρίτη εβδομάδα, τους έχω στείλει 3 μεηλ να την ακυρώσουν, τους έχω πάρει τηλέφωνο να την ακυρώσουν και να μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα και απάντηση;! ΠΟΥΘΕΝΑ!!!
Είναι επιεικώς ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ!!! Να σημειώσω πως όταν πέτυχα υπάλληλο στο τηλέφωνο να με εξυπηρετήσει, με ειρωνευόταν!!!
Γελοίοι τουλάχιστον!!!

Unacceptable company !! Order with electronic payment, 2 weeks delay and let's go for the third week, I have sent them 3 emails to cancel it, I have called them to cancel it and my money will be returned and answer ?! NOWHERE!!!
They are indulgently TRAGIC !!! To note that when I managed to get an employee on the phone to serve me, he was making fun of me !!!
Ridiculous at least !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν θα μπορούσα θα έβαζα αρνητική βαθμολογία! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ! πέρασε μια βδομάδα απο την παραγγελία κι αυτή ακόμη να φανεί! αρρώστησα ανάρρωσα κι ακόμα να δω τα φάρμακά μου! Δεν έχω λόγια! εν τω μεταξύ τους παίρνεις τηλ αυτό καλεί κανονικά και ξαφνικά φαίνεται πως η γραμμή είναι κατειλημμένη.. ΟΤΙ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ!
If I could I would put a negative rating! UNACCEPTABLE! a week has passed since the order and it still seems! I got sick I recovered and still see my medication! I have no words! in the meantime you get this phone calling normally and suddenly it seems that the line is busy .. THE WORST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με τα προϊόντα κανένα πρόβλημα. Αδικαιολόγητη όμως αναμονή παράδοσης 10 μέρες!!! Αδυναμία επικοινωνίας με το τηλεφωνικό τους κέντρο, καμία απάντηση από μεριάς τους σε mai που έστειλα. Για το μέγεθος του φαρμακείου απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Αναξιόπιστοι.
No problem with the products. But unjustified waiting for delivery 10 days !!! Unable to contact their call center, no response from them to mai I sent. For the size of the pharmacy unacceptable service. Unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα με ήρθε ειδοποίηση ότι όλο το site είναι -40%, οπότε μπαίνω να δω μάσκες για το παιδί μου τις οποίες ήδη τις είχα δει ότι είχαν 0,81 λεπτά. Μπαίνοντας στο site διαπιστώνω ότι τις μάσκες που ήθελα σαν αρχική τις είχε ανεβάσει 2,04 και σαν τελική (πάλι) 0,81....απλά ΝΤΡΟΠΗ!!!!
Today I received a notification that the whole site is -40%, so I go in to see masks for my child which I had already seen had 0.81 minutes. Entering the site I find that the masks I wanted as initial had been raised 2.04 and as final (again) 0.81 .... just SHAME !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλύτερο φαρμακείο όπου μπορείς να αγοράσεις τα πάντα σε προσιτές τιμές. Η παράδοση είναι ταχύτατη (2 μέρες) και το κουτί είναι πολύ προσεγμένο. Δυστυχώς, έτυχε ένα προϊόν να είναι σε έλλειψη στην τελευταία μου παραγγελία όμως η κυρία στην εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ ευγενική και καλή και έλυσε το πρόβλημα με επιστροφή χρημάτων (και αρκετό χιούμορ)
The best pharmacy where you can buy everything at affordable prices. Delivery is very fast (2 days) and the box is very neat. Unfortunately, a product happened to be missing in my last order but the lady in the service was very kind and kind and solved the problem with a refund (and a lot of humor)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα μια παραγγελία στις 2 Δεκεμβρίου . Σημειωτέον μένω Θεσσαλονίκη και σε 2-3 άντε 4 μέρες το πολύ έρχονται οι παραγγελίες από Αθήνα (αλλά και από Κέρκυρα ή Κρήτη κάνουν 3-4 μέρες συνήθως). Στις 13 Δεκεμβρίου αντιλαμβάνομαι ότι έχουν περάσει 10 μέρες απο την παραγγελία μου- 6 εργάσιμες και επικοινωνώ μαζί τους για να δω το λόγο καθυστέρησης .
Οπότε και με ενημερώνουν ότι το ένα προϊόν από τα δύο που παρήγγειλα δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο όπως φαινόταν στο site τους και έπρεπε να γίνει ή αλλαγή ή πίστωση. Όλα αυτά κατόπιν δική μου επικοινωνίας όχι δικής τους ως όφειλαν. Ζήτησα αντικατάσταση με κάποιο άλλο προϊόν προκειμένου να μην προχωρήσουμε στην πίστωση (και ταλαιπωρηθώ περισσότερο) μου πρότειναν άλλο προϊόν, αλλάξαμε την παραγγελία..μετά ακολούθησε άλλο τηλ από την πλευρά τους για να ενημερωθώ ότι ούτε αυτό το προϊόν που μου πρότειναν ήταν διαθέσιμο..αλλάξαμε πάλι την παραγγελία ... Την ίδια μέρα μου έστειλαν email ότι η παραγγελία μου απεστάλει με αυτά που είχαμε πει στο τηλέφωνο. Σήμερα 18 Δεκεμβρίου και ακόμα δεν έχω παραλάβει τίποτα!!
I placed an order on December 2nd. It should be noted that I live in Thessaloniki and in 2-3 days at the most the orders come from Athens (but also from Corfu or Crete they usually take 3-4 days). On December 13, I realize that 10 days have passed since my order - 6 working days and I contact them to see the reason for the delay.
So they inform me that one of the two products I ordered was not available as it seemed on their site and had to be changed or credited. All this after my communication, not theirs as they should have. I asked for a replacement with another product in order not to proceed with the credit (and I suffer more) they offered me another product, we changed the order..then another phone call from them followed to be informed that this product they offered me was not available either .. we changed the order again ... The same day they sent me an email that my order was sent with what we had said on the phone. Today is December 18th and I still have not received anything !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδώ και αρκετούς μήνες ψωνίζουμε τα πάντα για το μωρο μας και για εμάς φυσικά. Πάντα υπάρχουν πολύ καλές προσφορές-τιμες, πάντα εξυπηρετούν πολύ γρήγορα (στην μακρινή Ξάνθη) και το site τουε είναι ευκολοχρηστο. Όταν χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο ήταν πολυ εξυπηρετική (παρόλο που υπήρχε καθυστέρηση τον μήνα Δεκέμβριο λόγω φόρτου εργασίας τους αλλά κ των εταιρειών ταχυμεταφορών) (επίσης πάντα ότι παραγγειλαμε ήρθε σωστά κ σωστά συσκευασμένο) επίσης να γράψω ότι στέλνουν δείγματα σχεδόν κάθε φορά με την παραγγελία μας μας έτσι μαθαίνω κ άλλα προϊόντα. Κ τέλος.. στέλνουν κ συνεχώς την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας
