Είχα ενδοιασμό για το ένα φόρεμα και η πωλήτρια μου είπε ότι μπορώ να το επιστρέψω αν αλλάξω γνώμη. Πράγματι αποφάσισα να το κάνω επιστροφή. Πηγαίνοντας στο κατάστημα Ιωνιας μου είπαν ότι δεν γίνετε επιστροφή χρημάτων ενώ μου δείξανε τα ψιλά γράμματα στην απόδειξη και μια πινακίδα στο ταμείο και παράλληλα μου είπαν ότι η επιστροφή γίνετε μόνο στο κατάστημα αγοράς. Ήταν παραπλανητική η συμβουλή της πωλήτριας ότι μπορώ να επιστρέψω αφού δεν μου ανέφερε τα ψιλά γράμματα όπως και επίσης η δυσκολία που δημιουργούν στον πελάτη να επιστρέψει βάζοντας όρους περιορίζοντας τις επιλογές! Δεν πειράζει … next time δίπλα στο BSB! I bought from the mall and from the Ionia store a total of 4 dresses and various but. N	Natassa Paisiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα δει δύο φορέματα στο e-shop τα οποία όμως ενώ τα έδειχνε διαθέσιμα,όταν πήγαινα να τα παραγγείλω,μου έλεγε οτι δεν υπάρχουν…έστειλα λοιπόν την αδερφή μου να τα πάρει από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα,μιας και μένω επαρχία,με την δυνατότητα αλλαγής εαν δεν μου έκαναν-άρεσαν… Όταν λοιπόν στο πλαίσιο των 15 ημερών,πήγε να το αλλάξει,ζήτησε αν μπορεί να γίνει πίστωση χρόνου,όχι χρημάτων,να επιστρέψει δηλαδή το φόρεμα και σε περίπου ένα μήνα που θα πήγαινα Αθήνα να αγορασω κατι αλλο… Αρχικά της είπαν οτι η πολιτική της εταιρίας δεν δίνει πίστωση χρόνου,έπειτα αφού πήρα προσωπικά τηλέφωνο με παρέπεμπαν από την μια κοπέλα στην άλλη και το αποτέλεσμα είναι οτι το φόρεμα μπήκε σε προσφορά,οπότε η αλλαγή θα γίνει λέει με την νέα τιμή! Ουσιαστικά έχασα μέρος των χρημάτων μου,χωρίς λόγο… Γι αυτό τον λόγο τα toi et moi δεν θα γίνουν ποτέ bsb και lynne!
