A	Athina An on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φοβερή εξυπηρέτηση στην ηλεκτρονική μου παραγγελία.Την παρέλαβα γρήγορα(παρά την κατασταση που επικρατεί)και έκανα την αλλαγή εύκολα.Το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο ηταν οργανωμένο αφού και τις 2 φορές το σήκωσαν αμέσως και με κατατοπισαν.Θα παραγγείλω ξανά μεχρι να ανοίξουν τα καταστήματα.. Awesome service in my online order. I received it quickly (despite the current situation) and made the change easily. The call center was organized since both times they picked it up immediately and informed me. I will order again until the stores open ..

Επέστρεψα ένα φορεμα, επειδή δεν μου έκανε και ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων. Η αίτηση έγινε 27/07 και η επιστροφή χρημάτων έγινε σήμερα 28/08.. ένα μήνα καθυστέρηση για ποιο λόγο; Και δεν μου επέστρεψαν ολόκληρο το ποσό. 2 αστέρια μόνο για την ποιότητα των ρούχων που είναι εξαιρετική. The quality of the clothes is very good, but the service especially from the online store is unacceptable. I returned a dress because it did not work for me and asked for a refund. The application was made on 07/27 and the refund was made today on 08/28 .. one month delay why? And they did not return the entire amount to me. 2 stars only for the quality of the clothes which is excellent.

Προφανώς η εταιρεία πιέζει ιδιαιτέρως τις υπαλλήλους για επίτευξη στόχων και αυτό φαίνεται όταν πάνε να εξυπηρετήσουν τον πελάτη. Θα πρέπει να διορθωθεί αυτό. Έχω σταματήσει εδώ και καιρό να πηγαίνω στα φυσικά τους καταστήματα λόγω αυτής της κατάστασης. (+) very good service in the online store. good quality clothes. (-) service in physical stores is problematic. Obviously the company puts a lot of pressure on employees to achieve goals and this can be seen when they go to serve the customer. This needs to be corrected. I have stopped going to their physical stores for a long time because of this situation.

Πραγματικά απο την πλευρά έχω κινηθεί δικαστικά, γιατί δεν σέβονται τον άνθρωπο ο οποίος εχει δώσει τα λεφτά αλλά δεν είναι καθόλου ευέλικτοι! Σας προτείνω να μην αγοράζετε ρούχα απο το διαδικτυακό κατάστημα γιατί θα κουραστειτε απο την ανευθυνότητά τους! The stupidest people out there, not to mention worse, do not serve the customer at all and just as much irritate him! I have really taken legal action, because they do not respect the man who has given the money but they are not flexible at all! I suggest you do not buy clothes from the online store because you will get tired of their irresponsibility!

Όσες φορές παρήγγειλα από το e-shop σας έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη από τις τιμές, την ποιότητα και την μεγάλη ποικιλία σε ρούχα και μεγέθη. Για όσα ρούχα έχω παραγγείλει δεν περίμενα σχετικά παραπάνω από 4 μέρες για την παραλαβή τους, δεδομένου των δύσκολων συνθηκών που διανύουμε όλοι λόγω της πανδημίας. Πραγματικά μπράβο σε όλους σας που παρά τις αντίξοες συνθήκες βρίσκεστε πάντα δίπλα στον πελάτη! Very good and fast service. For all the clothes I have ordered, I did not wait for more than 4 days to receive them, given the difficult conditions we all go through due to the pandemic.
