Και μόνο ο τρόπος που απαντάτε αποδεικνύει ότι η συμπεριφορά σας ήταν και συνεχίζει να είναι επιθετική. Θα πρέπει δυστυχώς να μάθετε να διαχειρίζεστε και την αρνητική κριτική. Δε νομίζω πως όταν κάποιος πελάτης ζητάει περαιτέρω διευκρινισεις ή κάνει επιπλέον ερωτήσεις αυτό δείχνει ότι μεταχειρίζεται κάποιον σαν δούλο, όπως ισχυρίζεστε. Μια συγγνώμη από μέρους σας για την απαράδεκτη στάση σας απέναντι σε κάποιον που προτίμησε να επισκεφτεί το κατάστημα σας (και μάλιστα όχι για πρώτη αλλά για δεύτερη φορά !) είναι, θεωρώ, πιο αρμόζουσα σε έναν επαγγελματία 30 χρόνων, από μια επιθετική και πολύ προσβλητικη (σε προσωπικό επίπεδο) δημόσια απάντηση σε μια αρνητική αξιολόγηση.
Συνεχίζετε την εντελώς προσβλητικη και επιεικώς απαράδεκτη στάση σας. Αφού, λοιπον, όπως λέτε, ολος ο κόσμος (σε Αθήνα και επαρχία) ξέρει τον επαγγελματισμό σας δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί σας ενοχλησε τόσο πολύ μια αρνητική κριτική και επιτίθεστε δημόσια με τόσο άσχημα λόγια (!). Η αρνητικη αξιολόγηση που έκανα δεν είναι φανταστική ούτε δυσφημιστική, αλλά βασίζεται σε μια αληθινά αρνητική εμπειρία στο κατάστημα σας, καθώς δεν είχατε καμία διάθεση να με εξυπηρετήσετε από την πρώτη κιόλας στιγμή και τώρα παρουσιάζετε τα γεγονότα όπως θελετε! (Σε αντίθεση με συνάδελφό σας, στον οποίο, φευγοντας από το κατάστημα σας, ευτυχώς απευθύνθηκα και εξυπηρετηθηκα άμεσα). Λυπάμαι που δεν αντιλαμβάνεστε ότι ο μόνος που εκτίθεται εδώ είστε εσείς. Ίσως αν ξαναδιαβάσετε αυτά που γράφετε το καταλάβετε καλύτερα. Τώρα καλή σας συνέχεια.-

Only the way you respond proves that your behavior was and continues to be aggressive. Unfortunately, this perspective often causes us to become overwhelmed when it's time to start a project. I do not think that when a client asks for further clarification or asks additional questions it shows that he treats someone like a slave, as you claim. An apology from you for your unacceptable attitude towards someone who chose to visit your store (and not for the first time but for the second time!) Is, I think, more appropriate for a 30-year-old professional than an aggressive and very offensive one. (on a personal level) public response to a negative evaluation.
You continue your completely offensive and indulgently unacceptable attitude. So, since, as you say, everyone (in Athens and the countryside) knows your professionalism, I do not understand why you were so bothered by a negative criticism and you are attacking in public with such bad words (!). The negative evaluation I made is not fantastic or defamatory, but it is based on a truly negative experience in your store, as you were not in the mood to serve me from the very first moment and now you present the facts as you wish! (Unlike your colleague, to whom, leaving your store, I fortunately addressed and was served immediately). I'm sorry you do not realize that the only one exposed here is you.
