 Excellent haircut, friendly staff, friendly environment, parking, cafeteria very close. Extremely friendly prices in fact below M.O. of the area. Extremely typical with cleanliness.

As if I was getting a haircut at IKA. Hasty, abrupt (both in his haircut and in his speech) he seemed bored. Cleanliness marginally the basics.
