Finally a serious effort in Primary health care without terms and conditions !!! Continue like this because as difficult as the conditions are, people need information, prevention and FREE health care !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω επισκεφθεί την 1η ΤΟΜΥ Πετρούπολης πέντε φορές. Είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη από την εξυπηρέτηση όλου του προσωπικού. Οι νοσηλεύτριες που παίρνουν τα ιστορικά είναι χαμογελαστές, πράγμα σπάνιο σχετικά σε δημόσια υπηρεσία. Οι γιατροί σε εξετάζουν προσεκτικά και ο χρόνος του ραντεβού είναι υπεραρκετός για εξέταση και συζήτηση των ιατρικών θεμάτων χωρίς βιασύνες.
Τον χειμώνα συνταγογράφησαν το εμβόλιο της γρίπης σε όλους τους εκπαιδευτικούς της πόλης, κάτι πολύ χρήσιμο για εμάς, καθώς επίσης έκαναν ενημερώσεις στα σχολεία για θέματα υγείας.
Συνεχίστε έτσι!
I have visited the 1st VOLUME OF PETERSBURG five times. I am completely satisfied with the service of all the staff. Nurses taking histories are smiling, which is relatively rare in public service. Doctors examine you carefully and the appointment time is more than enough to examine and discuss medical issues without haste.
In the winter, they prescribed the flu vaccine to all the teachers in the city, something very useful for us, as well as informing the schools about health issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο πλαίσιο του θεσμού του οικογενειακού γιατρού για ενήλικες και για παιδιά, νομίζω ότι σημαντικό ρόλο, όσον αφορά την εξυπηρέτηση από τους συμβαλλόμενους γιατρούς, παίζει ο χαρακτήρας του κάθε γιατρού.
Όσον αφορά την εξυπηρέτηση, είναι αρκετά ικανοποιητική, με εξαίρεση ότι τον τελευταίο καιρό, αρκετές φορές δεν απαντούν στο τηλέφωνο και μετά από λίγο να "βγαίνει" fax.
