Αλλαξαν ξαφνικά το προιον και στην ουσία η τελευταία μου παραγγελία πήγε στράφι, αφού τα μελάνια που μου στείλανε δε συμβάδιζανε με τα προηγούμενα που μου πουλούσαν. Και όχι μόνο δεν νοιάστηκαν αλλά έριξαν και το φταίξιμο στον κατασκευαστη που sto κάτω κάτω δεν με ενδιαφέρει. Εγώ με το κατάστημα δε συναλλάζομαι; Θα μπορούσαν ΤΟΥΛΑΧΙΣΤΟΝ να με ενημερώσουν οτι άλλαξε το προιον να το ξέρω και να μη χάσω έτσι 25 ευρώ. Υπάρχουν και αλλού καταστήματα με καλύτερες τιμές και σίγουρα με καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση. Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα 0 αστέρια. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά που το έζησα και μακάρι να μη βρεθεί κανείς στη θέση μου όσο αφορά τη συμπεριφορά τους. Unacceptable. I was a customer for a long time but I never imagined that there would be no service or even a little help in my matter. They suddenly changed the product and in fact my last order went awry, since the inks they sent me did not go with the previous ones they sold me. And not only did they not care but they also blamed the manufacturer for not being interested. Am I not trading with the store? They could AT LEAST inform me that the product changed so I know and not lose 25 euros. There are shops elsewhere with better prices and definitely better service. If I could I would put 0 stars. I am really sorry that I experienced it and I hope that no one is in my position regarding their behavior.

Μας έβγαλε θέμα από τις πρώτες φορές που τον χρησιμοποιήσαμε και ενώ είπαμε το θέμα δεν υπήρξε καμία βοήθεια η κάτι όσες φορές και αν θέσαμε το πρόβλημα στην εταιρία και δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε την δουλειά μας . Επίσης πολύ αγένεια από το πρωσοπικο . Tragic. We got a printer for business. It took us an issue from the first time we used it and while we said the issue there was no help or something as many times as we raised the problem in the company and we could not do our job. Also very rude of the staff.
