★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλέφωνο το πρωί και μίλησα με μια κοπέλα και της είπα ότι θα ήθελα να πάω το αυτοκίνητο (για πλύσιμο μέσα έξω) στις 17.30 και να το παραλάβω στις 19.00. Μου είπε δεν χρειάζεται να κάνω κάποια κράτηση και απλώς να πάω. Φτάνοντας εκεί αισθάνθηκα ότι επικρατεί ένα αλαλούμ. Κόσμος όρθιος να περιμένει και οι υπάλληλοι να πλένουν αυτοκίνητα. Κανένας δεν ασχολήθηκε μαζί μου. Περίμενα να κοπάσει το πιεστικό για να μπορέσω να μπω στο κατάστημα μπας κ βρω κάποιον να εξυπηρετήσει. Μπαίνοντας, έρχεται από πίσω μου ένας κύριος που δεν τον είχα δει κ με ρώτησε τελικά τι θέλω. Του εξήγησα ότι είχα πάρει τηλέφωνο και ότι ήθελα να αφήσω το αυτοκίνητο και να το πάρω στις 19.00. Μάλιστα η ώρα ήταν 17.20. Έτσι κ έγινε. Φτάνοντας στις 19.00 να το παραλάβω είδα ακόμα περισσότερο κόσμο και άλλα αυτοκίνητα να πλένονται. Ρώτησα για το δικό μου. Μου είπαν δεν το έχουν κάνει -χωρις καν να ζητήσουν συγγνώμη - και να περιμένω 10 λεπτά για να το ετοιμάσουν. Εάν ήθελα πασάλειμμα των 10 λεπτών αντί για πλύσιμο προφανώς και δεν θα το πήγαινα για πλύσιμο. Λυπάμαι, αλλά κανένας επαγγελματισμός από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος. Και προφανώς δεν θα με κάνουν και πελάτη.
 I got on the phone in the morning and talked to a girl and told her that I would like to go to the car (for washing in and out) at 17.30 and pick it up at 19.00. He told me I did not need to make a reservation and just go. Arriving there I felt that an alalum prevails. People are waiting to wait and employees are washing cars. Nobody cared about me. I waited for the pressure to stop so I could go into the bass store and find someone to serve. Entering, a gentleman I had not seen came after me and finally asked me what I wanted. I explained to him that I had called and that I wanted to leave the car and pick it up at 19.00. In fact, the time was 17.20. That's how it happened. Arriving at 19.00 to pick it up I saw even more people and other cars being washed. I asked about mine. I was told they did not do it - without even apologizing - and wait 10 minutes to get it ready. If I wanted a 10 minute spray instead of washing obviously I would not go for washing. I'm sorry, but no professionalism from beginning to end. And obviously they will not make me a customer.
