Πέρασαν 3 βδομάδες και έπαιρνα συνεχώς τηλ να μάθω που βρίσκεται το προϊόν γιατί το είχα προπληρώσει 124€ Και βιαζόμουν .Η κοπέλα μου είπε ότι κουράστηκε να την παίρνω τηλ (για κάτι που δεν έκανε σωστά .)Δεν είμαι σίγουρος αν θέλω να ξανά συνεργαστώ ! I got a phone for a bid shelf told me it will be available in about a week. I spent three weeks and I constantly got to know where the product was because I had pre-paid it 124 € And I was hurting. My girlfriend said she was tired of taking a phone call for something I did not do right. I'm not sure if I want to work again!
H	Haris Africa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλές τιμές αλλά απαράδεκτο after sales εξυπηρέτηση. Πήρα 3 φορές των πωλητή (κ. Λάζαρο) και άλλες τόσες τον τεχνίτη (κ. Παντελή) για να έρθουν για κάποιο πρόβλημα που αντιμετώπιζα στον φούρνο μου και χωρίς λόγο δεν ήρθαν ποτέ. 3 μήνες έχουν περάσει και ακόμα δεν έχουν πάρει ούτε ένα τηλέφωνο για να μου πούνε μια συγνώμη. Βρήκα άλλον τεχνίτη για να μου φτιάξει το πρόβλημα. Κρίμα γιατί ήθελα να αγοράσω κι άλλα πράγματα που χρειαζόμουν αλλά δυστυχώς προβληματιστικα με το after sales και δεν θα πάρω. Είχα ακούσει και από άλλους συναδέλφους παράπονα αλλά δυστυχώς δεν τους άκουσα. Good prices but unacceptable after sales service. I took 3 times the seller (Mr. Lazaro) and as many times the craftsman (Mr. Pantelis) to come for a problem I was facing in my oven and for no reason they never came. 3 months have passed and they still have not received a single phone call to apologize to me. I found another craftsman to fix my problem. Too bad because I wanted to buy other things I needed but unfortunately problematic with after sales and I will not get. I had heard complaints from other colleagues but unfortunately I did not hear them.
S	STEELgr Μηχανογράφηση on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 Ιουνίου παρέλαβα καινούριο ψυγείο και ακόμα και σήμερα 27 ΙΟΥΛΙΟΥ το πρόβλημα δεν έχει επιδιορθωθεί. * update - 28 Ιουλίου το πρόβλημα έχει αποκατασταθεί και όλα λειτουργούν κανονικά . Έμεινα απογοητευμένος με το after sales service . Δεν ενημέρωσαν για την εξέλιξη της βλάβης στην επικοινωνία. * Στα θετικά έστω και αν ταλαιπωρήθηκα αρκετά, είναι ότι ασχολήθηκε κάποιος να διαβάσει και να απαντήσει στην αρχικά αρνητική μου κριτική. Πιστεύω να διορθώσουν τα προβλήματα που έχουν , διότι αν εξαιρέσουμε το service - η εταιρία έχει μηχανήματα σε καλές τιμές. Κακές στιγμές και στραβές γίνονται πάντα - το θέμα είναι να διορθώνονται.
