Πραγματοποίησα αγορά Δευτέρα, ήρθε η απόδειξη ηλεκτρονικά, Τρίτη το ψάχνανε, Τετάρτη το ξανα-ψάχνανε και Πέμπτη μου ζήτησαν αν ήθελα κάτι άλλο, γιατί δεν είχανε ποτέ το εμπόρευμα της παραγγελίας μου! Τελικά μου επέστρεψαν τα χρήματα. Ου μπλέξεις! Ενημέρωσα και την κατακαημένη κατασκευάστρια εταιρία, της οποίας τα ρούχα φοράω, μήπως και οργανώσουν ή προσέξουν περισσότερο τους συνεργάτες τους.
Αν μπορείς να τους αποφύγεις, καλό θα σου κάνεις.

I made a purchase Monday, the receipt came online, Tuesday was looking for it, Wednesday was looking again and Thursday they asked me if I wanted something else, because they never had my order! Eventually my money was returned. You're messing around! I also informed the burned-out manufacturing company whose clothes I wear, that they are more organized or attentive to their partners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους έστειλα email προκειμένου να τους εκφράσω την απογοήτευσή και αγανάκτηση για την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά υπαλλήλου τους στο υποκατάστημα frank marshall στο outlet Θεσσαλονίκης και ούτε μπήκαν στον...κόπο να απαντήσουν. Μετά αναρωτιούνται κάποιοι πως είναι δυνατόν εταιρείες που αντιπροσωπεύουν μεγάλα brands να πέφτουν έξω και να κλείνουν....Από τις τυπικές συμπεριφορές πολλές φορές εξάγεις ασφαλή συμπεράσματα για την οργάνωση και την ποιότητα μιας φίρμας....κρίμα.
