Παρόλο που υπήρξαν αστοχίες στην αρχική μας επικοινωνία, είχε την διάθεση να με βοηθήσει και να μου ζητήσει πληροφορίες για το ακίνητο που χρειάζομαι έτσι ώστε να με καλέσει μελλοντικά. "Δυστυχώς η τακτική που ακολουθούν να σου ακυρώνουν το ραντεβού την τελευταία στιγμή (γιατί το σπίτι έκλεισε!), ενώ σε έχουν ενημερώσει ότι είσαι από τα πρώτα ραντεβού της πρώτης ημέρας υπόδειξης του ακινήτου, τους κατατάσσει απευθείας στην κατηγορία των αναξιόπιστων μεσιτικών για εμένα. Πίστευα ότι οι αξιολογήσεις των υπολοίπων θα είχαν κάποια βάση, αλλά δυστυχώς δεν έμεινα καθόλου ικανοποιημένη. Η γραμματειακή υποστήριξη αν και αρκετά ευγενική στις πέντε από τις δέκα ερωτήσεις μου, η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν γνωρίζει και εννοείται ότι ποτέ δεν έλαβα κάποιο τηλεφώνημα από κάποιον που να γνωρίζει!" We had a smooth communication via emails and phone calls, they helped in solving all bureaucratic issues and finally the apartment was purchased. After that first experience we have a constant, almost personal, contact all over the years. Topos Solutions is one of the few real estate agencies in Greece (mainly focused in Attika region but not only) where people pay attention to your needs, they have the knowledge to solve all pertinent issues, and do their best to provide competent services. All in all Topos Solutions is a highly recommended real estate agency in Greece that comply with European standards.

What a difference in their approach ! - Very impressive, exceptionally professional and all the while maintaining an easy-going climate. Importantly, they proved very effective and were entirely transparent in their conduct. I would like to single out Giannis Desipris, in particular, who was outstanding in his dealings with me and any prospective buyers for my property. Gianis' diligence and straightforward approach yielded excellent and timely results: he secured a serious buyer and guided both of us to a very fruitful and pleasant conclusion. The office is handling the sale of another property I own - and I have every confidence in their ability to bring this one to a very successful conclusion too. They are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and even though I am located overseas, the communication was excellent. The owners have an architecture & engineering background, so they can give you the big picture and explain anything you may need to know regarding the property you are interested in or looking for. They also help you to understand construction cost and give you renovation ideas & architectural advice. Highly recommended!
