They were flexible in modifying the booking.The bathroom has black mold on the shower hose, no teeth, no towelrail, used toiletpair storage open, no cleaning for 8 days, no towels changed, apartment door cannot be closed with a key, torn curtains, cobwebs on the walls, no mosquito net, extra bed for sleeping unsuitable. the door lock was not repaired until departure, the pool is 1.5 m deep, but can not see the bottom.

On the first I wrote an esey about this hotel but the on the end I think that it would not change anything because the hotel management does not take into account the complaints of the guests I will say again, run away from this hotel. Big cheaters. They will take all your money in check in because they know that you will claim and you will never see your money back. I never see the worsted hotel and worst of all was the meals. Practical forgot that you have HB.
S	Sophia Ertl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. We stayed at the Blue sea hotel for 10 days and it was a horrible stay. The staff was clearly overworked and wasn’t attentive to our needs. The hotelroom had broken chairs on the balkony, the curtains were torn and dirty. In the bathroom, the shampoos from previous guests were still there and even though we told the staff, there were still there the day we left. We booked a room with an extra bed and got a small sofa, that didn’t open. Again, even though we told the staff and they promised us that we would get a bed, they didn’t do anything. We spoke on many occasions to the staff and they always promised to help us. In the end, they never did and didn’t seem to care. I am extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend a stay at this hotel.

As far as food is concerned, there are a dozen types of dishes that revolve, mostly everything is delicious and quite nicely prepared. The internet is desperate, and that part has the biggest impact on lowering the rating, and the water in the pool is in bad condition, completely muddy. They rarely change towels and that is a problem .... The beach is very beautiful, the sea is warm and clean and therefore all the recommendations for this location ... if you can ignore all that...all recomands...
e	ema smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever consider staying in the old part of the hotel, you should be prepared for: Dirty apartments (floor, utensils..) as well as not getting clean sheets and towels for over 5 days; 50/50 chance of lights working; No Shower curtains (alongside scarce curtains in the room); Uncomfortable beds; Absolutely no wifi (it may be connected but there is no internet, I heard the guests from renovated part of the hotel were also complaining about the lack of wifi); 50/50 chance of having the dryer outside; One rooms toilet was not working; By the time of our stay it was advertised as if the hotel had a pool but when we arrived it was green from the bacteria and not working; Non functional kitchen drawers and Small chance of having a functional freezer in the fridge. All in all, good luck with this hotel.

It was always average, what convinced us to stay here was the fact that it was very close to the beach, it had an apartment large enough for 6 and it offered meals. This year it was below average. Shower almost falling apart, ants in the room, the buffet at breakfast and dinner went from almost decent to "almost nothing to choose from". The pool was empty when we arrived, it took a couple of days to fill it back up.

Rooms are okay and clean (comment is for the renovated section). And more or less these are the positives. Food in the restorant goes down with each year. Variety also. Beach in front of the hotel is very very dirty. The deck chairs of the beach bar are old, some are broken and all are very dirty.
N	Nevena Mićić on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in this hotel for 15 nights. Rooms are very clean, the stuff is very polite. They will do everything in their power to make you feel like at home. Cleaning ladies clean your rooms every day with big smile on their face and the hygene is on very high level. We had breakfast and dinner in their restaurant. Food is lovely! The chef and the girls from restaurant are so polite and you can feel the effort they make to make everything look perfect. Best dinners ever! Variety of vegetables, meet, salads and always home made deserts. No fast food! Many greetings to the owner of the hotel, our new friend fisherman. We will definitely come again!
