L	Lefteris Antoniadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος εξοικονομώ, το 2019 μου έκανε εγκατάσταση μιας αντλίας θερμότητας Midea. Κατά την εγκατάσταση διαπίστωσα ότι δεν ήξεραν και πολλά, καθώς πήγαιναν ψάχνοντας στις ρυθμίσεις, μάλλον στην τύχη θα έλεγα. Τις πρώτες μέρες τα σώματα έσταζαν νερό και χρειάστηκαν αρκετά τηλέφωνα προκειμένου να "βρει χρόνο" ο υδραυλικός να έρθει. Αυτό έγινε μετά από ένα χρόνο... Με την αντλία έχω το πρόβλημα να σταματάει εντελώς τη λειτουργία της σε ακραίες θερμοκρασίες, είτε σε καύσωνα είτε σε πολύ κρύο. Επικοινώνησα μαζί του άπειρες φορές και οι απαντήσεις ήταν πάντα "να δούμε τι θα κάνει το καλοκαίρι", "να δούμε τι θα κάνει το χειμώνα" όταν όμως ερχόταν το καλοκαίρι ή ο χειμώνας το πρόβλημα συνεχιζόταν χωρίς λύση. Άπειρα τηλέφωνα και επισκέψεις στο κατάστημα όπου πάντα άκουγα την ίδια απάντηση, "το έχω υπόψη μου" "θα περάσω να το δούμε". Μαζί με την αντλία τοποθετήθηκε και νέος ηλιακός θερμοσίφωνας ο οποίος επίσης βγήκε προβληματικός. Άπειρα τηλέφωνα γιατί δεν έχει καλή απόδοση και όλο "ναι θα το δούμε...". Τελευταία δεν ζέσταινε καθόλου το νερό. Τον πήρα τηλέφωνο να το δει μαζί και με μια διαρροή που παρουσιάστηκε. Τελευταία επικοινωνία μας ήταν στις 30/10/2021, σήμερα 08/12/2021 ακόμα έρχεται...... Αναγκάστηκα και φώναξα άλλο υδραυλικό, ο οποίος άλλαξε την καμμένη αντίσταση και τον επίσης καμμένο θερμοστάτη ενώ μου βρήκε και τη διαρροή. Δεν μου έχει ξανατύχει ούτε εμένα ούτε στους γονείς μου, πάνω από 40 χρόνια που είχαν ηλιακό να καούν και τα δυο αυτά σε 2 χρόνια μέσα, μιλάμε για ποιότητα όχι αστεία. Συμπέρασμα: ανεπαρκείς γνώσεις, χαμηλή ποιότητα υλικών και εγκατάστασης και πολλά ψέματα. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ! As part of the savings program, in 2019 he installed a Midea heat pump for me. Lately the water has not been heated at all. I got on the phone to see it along with a leak that occurred. Our last contact was on 30/10/2021, today 08/12/2021 is still coming ...... I had to and called another plumber, who changed the burned-out resistor and the also-lit thermostat while he also found my leak. It has never happened to me or to my parents, over 40 years that they had solar to burn both of them in 2 years, we are talking about quality, not jokes. Conclusion: insufficient knowledge, low quality materials and installation and many lies. FAR AWAY!
