★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη. Αγόρασα προϊόν σε τιμή καλύτερη από αυτή της αγοράς, και η παραγγελία ήρθε την επόμενη ημέρα. Η κούριερ που συνεργάζονται είναι πολύ γρήγορη και ο διανομέας μου έκανε τηλέφωνο με πολύ υπομονή προσπαθόντας να παραδώσει.
 Absolutely happy. I bought a product at a better price than the market, and the order came the next day. The couriers they work with are very fast and the distributor called me with a lot of patience trying to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 αστέρια για τον επαγγελματισμό του καταστήματος!! Τα προϊόντα που παρήγγειλα, δυστυχώς, δεν ήταν όπως τα περίμενα. Παρόλα αυτά, οι υπεύθυνοι το αναγνώρισαν με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο, πράγμα που δείχνει υπευθυνότητα και σεβασμό στον πελάτη! Μπορεί η πρώτη γνωριμία μας να ήταν ατυχής αλλά η άψογη συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού είναι βασικό κίνητρο για να ξαναπαραγγειλω από το toycity!
5 stars for the professionalism of the store !! The products I ordered, unfortunately, were not as I expected. Nevertheless, the people in charge recognized it in the best possible way, which shows responsibility and respect for the customer! Our first acquaintance may have been unfortunate but the impeccable behavior of the staff is a key motivation for me to re-order from toycity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικοί! Παρήγγειλα Παρασκευή βράδυ και Δευτέρα πρωί είχα τα πράγματα. Μάλιστα επειδή είχα ζητήσει και συσκευασία δώρου ήταν όμορφα όλα τυλιγμένα και μέσα είχε και τσαντουλες. Επίσης ήταν άψογοι στη διαδικασία παρακολούθησης παραγγελίας. Αν και αθήνα νομίζω έγινε το αγαπημένο μου παιχνιδομαγάζο. Συνεχίστε την καλή δουλειά. ???
Excellent! I ordered Friday night and Monday morning I had things. In fact, because I had asked for a gift package, everything was beautifully wrapped and there were bags inside.
