Μιάμιση ώρα στο σαλόνι αναμονής χωρίς να γίνει η προγραμματισμένη εργασία. Τονίζω, χωρίς μια απλή και ανθρώπινη ενημέρωση. Ευχαριστώ πολύ. Άλλος ένας λόγος που αυτός ο νομός σε υποχρεώνει να απευθυνθείς στα Χανιά ή στο Ηράκλειο για να γίνει η δουλειά σου. Κρίμα. Unacceptable service. Appointment priority order violated to serve unexpected events without any updates. One and a half hours in the lounge without scheduled work. I stress, without a simple and human information. Thank you very much. Another reason this county obliges you to go to Chania or Heraklion to get your job done. Pity.
V	Vlassis Liarokapis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε toyota yaris ξεκόλλησε το αριστερό αμορτισέρ της πίσω πόρτας. Καθώς είχα την ατυχία να το πάθω στις διακοπές απευθύνθηκα στο εξουσιοδοτημένο συνεργειο. Μου ζήτησαν να το δουν πρώτα για να παραγγείλουν τα ανταλλακτικα. Πραγματικά το πήγα, το εξέτασαν και μου είπαν χρειάζονται αλλαγη τα αμορτισέρ. Μετά από δύο μερες που τα είχαν παραλάβει πήγα να τα τοποθετήσουν. Εδώ αρχίζουν τα ωραία.Μετα απο μια ώρα με φώναξαν στο συνεργειο για να μου πουν ότι χρειάζεται οξυγονοκολληση με μεγάλες πιθανότητες ( 3 στις 4) να σπάσει το πίσω τζάμι. Οπότε για να δοκιμάσουν να το βάλουν δεν θα είχαν καμμία ευθύνη για τυχόν ζημιές. Μάλιστα μου πρότειναν να επεκτείνω την ασφάλεια με θραύση κρυστάλλων ώστε να γλυτώσω το κόστος αυτό. Φυσικά αρνήθηκα να προχωρήσουν, αλλά το καλύτερο έπεται. Όταν πήγα να πληρώσω ήθελαν να μου πουλησουν και τα ανταλλακτικα που ΔΕΝ τοποθέτησαν με ΔΙΚΗ τους ευθύνη, αφού ήδη είχαν ελέγξει το αυτοκινητο πριν παραγγείλουν τα ανταλλακτικα. Ζήτησα να πληρώσω τα μεταφορικά επιστροφής αλλά η "πολιτική" της εταιρίας είναι ΝΑ ΧΡΕΩΝΟΥΝ 18 ευρώ για ΚΑΘΕ ΑΝΤΑΛΛΑΚΤΙΚΟ. Δηλαδή για δύο ανταλλακτικα μήκους 45 εκ. το καθένα και πάχους 17 χιλιοστά θα έπρεπε να πληρώσω 36 ευρώ. Τους ανέφερα ότι παράγγειλα τροφές και άμμο για τις γατες μου βάρους 60 κιλών από Αθήνα και μου χρέωσαν μόνο 17 ευρω. Αλλά αυτή είναι η Πολιτική αυτης της εταιρείας. Τελικά πήρα τα ανταλλακτικα να μου τα βάλουν στην Αθήνα οπου προφανως υπαρχουν εμπειροι τεχνιτες. Επαναλαμβάνω ότι πήγα πρώτα το αυτοκίνητο και αφού το είδαν δε μου είπαν ότι δε μπορούν να τοποθετήσουν τα αμορτισέρ αλλά αφού τα παράγγειλαν. Το ένα αστερι φυσικά επειδή δεν υπάρχει αρνητική βαθμολογία. In toyota yaris, the left shock absorber of the rear door detached. As I had the misfortune to suffer it on vacation I turned to the authorized workshop. They asked me to see it first to order the spare parts. I really went, they examined it and they told me the shock absorbers need to be changed. After two days of receiving them I went to place them. This is where the good things begin. After an hour I was called to the garage to be told that I needed oxygen welding with a high probability (3 in 4) that the rear window would break. So to try to put it on they would have no responsibility for any damage. In fact, they suggested that I extend the security by breaking crystals in order to avoid this cost. Of course I refused to move on, but the best is yet to come. When I went to pay, they also wanted to sell me the spare parts that they did NOT install at their own risk, since they had already checked the car before ordering the spare parts. I asked to pay the return shipping but the "policy" of the company is TO CHARGE 18 euros for EVERY SPARE PARTS. That is, for two spare parts 45 cm long each and 17 mm thick, I would have to pay 36 euros. I told them that I ordered food and sand for my cats weighing 60 kilos from Athens and they charged me only 17 euros. But this is the policy of this company. Eventually I got the spare parts to be put in Athens where there are obviously experienced craftsmen. I repeat that I went to the car first and after they saw it they did not tell me that they could not install the shock absorbers but after they ordered them. One star of course because there is no negative rating.
