Η ποικιλία είναι εξαιρετική, οι βιτρίνες που παρουσιάζονται κάθε φορά είναι πρωτοποριακές. Όμως όσες φορές και να επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα ασχέτως αν αγόρασα η όχι με αντιμετώπισαν με έναν μοναδικό τρόπο ωστε να καλύψουν τις ανάγκες μου. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατη και πάντα πολύ πρόθυμο να προτείνει εναλλακτικές λύσεις. Το συνιστώ για μια εξαιρετική αγορά και μοναδική εμπειρία εξυπηρέτησης. Probably the only shoe store in Western Greece that has genuine leather and very high quality shoes. The variety is excellent, the showcases presented every time are groundbreaking. But no matter how many times I visited the store, whether I bought it or not, they treated me in a unique way to meet my needs. The staff are polite and always very willing to suggest alternatives. I recommend it for an excellent market and unique service experience.

Αγόρασα ένα ζευγάρι καλοκαιρινές πλατφόρμες, είμαι έγκυος, πρηζοντε τα πόδια μου αλλά κ γενικά με χτυπάνε τα παπούτσια.. Τα συγκεκριμένα δεν με χτύπησαν ούτε την πρώτη μέρα! Αυτό είναι που λένε ότι περνεις ότι πληρώνεις.. Όποιος θέλει παππούτσια με 5ευρω δυστυχώς θα πρέπει να περιμένει και την ανάλογη συμπεριφορά του παπουτσιού! Είμαι υπερβολικά ευχαριστημένη και ενθουσιασμενη με την αγορά μου! Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ ❤️ Amazing store with a wonderful collection of shoes! The specifics did not hit me even on the first day! This is what they say that you spend what you pay .. Αγόρασα καλά πέδιλα για να τα φορέσω στα βαπτισια των διδύμων μου, τα οποία μαζί με την διακόσμηση στοίχισαν 180€, όταν πήγα να τα φορέσω χάλασε το φερμουάρ, τα έπιασα με συραπτικο και τα φόρεσα μόνο στο μυστήριο, παρόλο που φαίνονταν από το φόρεμά μου. Τα επέστρεψα στο κατάστημα μου είπαν ότι θα τα αντικαταστήσουν με καινούργια. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι δεν το πίστεψα γιατί πέρασε αρκετός χρόνος χωρίς να ειδοποιηθω. Τελικά οι υπεύθυνοι του καταστήματος δέχτηκαν να μου δώσουν παπούτσια από τη χειμερινή συλλογή, είναι περισσότερο επαγγελματίες από όσο πίστευα. Όχι μόνο θα συνεχίσω να ψωνίζω αλλά και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! The ladies at the reception are polite. The person in charge served me. I bought good sandals to wear at my twins' christenings, which together with the decoration cost € 180, when I went to wear them the zipper broke, I caught them with a stapler and wore them only in mystery, even though they were visible from my dress . When I returned them to the store, they told me that they would replace them with new ones. The truth is that I did not believe it because a long time passed without me being notified. Eventually the store managers agreed to give me shoes from the winter collection, they are more professional than I thought. Not only will I continue to shop but I highly recommend it!
