★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ψωμί με ξινό προζύμι είναι καταπληκτικό! Το μόνο "πρόβλημα" είναι ότι το βρίσκουμε μόνο Τρίτη, Πέμπτη και Σάββατο! Πέρα από το ψωμί με ξινό προζύμι ο φούρνος έχει υπέροχα πράγματα! Τα κουλούρια Θεσσαλονίκης με σουσάμι ή με σοκολάτα ή με κανέλα και ζάχαρη, τα τσουρέκια τα κρουασάν με σοκολάτα, η πίτες αλμυρές και γλυκές, τα γλυκά η σφολιάτα.... είναι όλα υπέροχα!!! Επίσης πρέπει να δοκιμάσετε τα μελομακάρονα και τα κουραμπιεδάκια με λευκή σοκολάτα που είναι ότι καλύτερο για τα Χριστούγεννα!!!!
The sourdough bread is amazing! The only "problem" is that we only find it on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays! Apart from sourdough bread, the oven has wonderful things! The Thessaloniki buns with sesame or with chocolate or with cinnamon and sugar, the buns the croissants with chocolate, the pies savory and sweet, the sweets or the puff pastry .... they are all wonderful !!! You should also try the melomakarona and the chocolate cookies with white chocolate which are the best for Christmas !!!!
