I was lucky enough to have my holidays in that villa. It was wonderful. It is almost In the centre of the Island and all the beaches are on a small radius far from it. What I really liked (since I have grandchildren) is that it is ideal for holidays with small children that can play around I nthe natural environment with safety and peace of mind, far from traffic and “dangerous” tourist life, but close enough to those who want to be into it. The only think that disturbs the night relaxation is the harmonic whistle of the owls. The Traditional Villa Relax in Milos island has an absolutely pleasant environment that can be even more pleasant if you get to meet the owners with their big smile and positive attitude.

First time in milos and not last. I booked this place from Airbnb. We were a group of 8 Indians. Most of them first time in Europe. The place is very nice and spacious. The children could play around without fear. We saw turtles for first time as they have few on their garden. Varvara is very nice and knowledgeable and greeted us with a nice lemon tart! We loved it. She also gave us some tips in terms of where to go and also information about the weather. We really liked our stay. Also enough parking for both our cars. Spot on I highly recommend.

We are a young couple and have stayed in Traditional Villa Relax for one week in June. Despite travelling four times a year we do not usually write reviews but for many reasons this place will stay in our heart so we write this accordingly. Barbara and his son George are the best hosts ever, genuine hearty people who still do things with true passion and hospitality: she will help you in any way you need and will offer awesome handmade traditional greek food and drinks for you throughout your stay and will always have a big smile for you. George, despite being a busy young man, has literally spent hours of his time introducing us to every corner of the island, sharing tons of precious tips on where to go, swim or eat and answering all our questions and doubts in details everyday, like a friend would do. The villa is stunning and large, fully independent, super clean and charmingly decorated with lots of traditional style and fine details, surrounded by a huge garden and fields full of flowers and veggies that you can pick and eat as you wish (yes!) and furnished with everything you will ever need. It is the kind of place you can actually feel “has been lived before” as a private house and not just set up for tourists from zero, frequent travellers know what we are saying. It is nestled in the real greek countryside off the streets and the noisy crowds so if you -like us- are looking for a quiet and private place surrounded by mountains and nature but central in the island and still close to everything just get your car or bike and come here. One of the best memories is coming back here everyday on our scooter late at dusk after a long day at busy and bustling beaches among the crowds: absolute silence apart from the crickets singing, the sun down red beyond the fields and us taking a luxury hot shower in the garden (yes!) or just enjoying a drink or dinner outside in the large patio, and no one will bother. For these reasons this place was magic and special, easily the best we stayed to, and will grow on you day by day making you feel at your second home and you will be sad when leaving. Last thing, if you are a cat or animal lover like us, please do come here and enjoy the quiet company of a family of shy hungry cats: if you could help them sharing some food or leftovers everyday they will reward you. Not to mention the many turtles living in the garden! Thanks and hugs to you.

Wow! Where to start when you only have great things to say? This Villa is a paradise on Earth! Secluded but still easy and quick to access by car to all the main attractions on the island. Everything is sparkling clean and fresh, fully equipped (the best-equipped place we´ve ever stayed in, from basics to things that I don´t even have at home) and stylish, very comfortable mattresses and bed sheets. The shower has great pressure with plenty of hot water and the bathroom has a modern washer. Every room is very private and separated from each other but united through a beautiful and covered outdoor area. Great a/c and screens for mosquitos in all rooms give you a good night of sleep in the summer. I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday there and besides all the delicious goodies Barbara provided to us (lots of fresh fruits, homemade jam, cookies, limoncello, sodas, juice, milk, etc), she baked a beautiful and delicious cake! I have no words to describe how sweet and gentle Barbara is. She is just the perfect host that even went to the port to pick us up, helped us renting a car and led us the first time to the Villa. I don´t have kids but if you have them, they would have a blast there with all the cats roaming around outside, little cute turtles in the yard and all the free room to run and play. We didn´t get the chance to meet George, Barbara´s soon, but every question we had were answered by him also kindly and super fast. Thank you one more time guys for the amazing time I and my family had at your place. We hope to come back very soon :)

I only have positive things to say about our stay at Traditional Villa Relax. Basic amenities were clean but this was just a small part of the benefits of staying here. It is ideally located in the middle of the island, giving you easy access to all the nice beaches. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the morning break fast was provided and plenty of options for coffee. 5 stars.

Barbara's villa was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. There were 6 of us and we felt we had more than enough space. The host was lovely and provided sweets on arrival. Also we were allowed to get vegetables from the garden and use the BBQ. Thank you for showing us Greek hospitality and giving us invaluable advice on what to do on the island.

Amazing traditional style house which makes you feel the Greek authenticity. The place was sparkly clean and offers all amenities you need. Barbara gave us many local tips which helped us to visit many beautiful places unknown for the tourists. Good and quiet location, all must see places are 10-20 min drive.

This summer we spent 2 weeks in this beautiful house. We have been to greece many times but never felt so cared for before. The house is located at a beautiful spot on the island and we really enjoyed our stay there. If you want to relax and enjoy the greek atmosphere this is the place to stay. I'm sure we will visit this house again in the future. Thank you for this perfect vacation!
