The bakery is small and charming, the products are great.
We should value much more people that are trying to keep up with the traditions.
We will try to go back and buy more products even if the place is 30 minutes away from where we are staying.
I feel that most people don't realize how much junk and chemicals are added in most of the bread sold in most of the supermarket.
Not only in Crete but everywhere.
We should value this placed and the people behind it.
We should support them.
It is astonishing to me that most people cannot understand the difference between good bread and horrible process bread.
Most people are so used to bad products for so many years that they don't have any reference point to compare.
