★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν φτάνει που πήρα το 5ψηφιο και χρεώθηκα δύο φορές γιατί την μία δεν το σήκωσαν καν. Δεν σηκώνουν ούτε το τηλέφωνο που μου έδωσαν για την μεταφορά δεμάτων ούτε το τηλέφωνο παραπόνων. Ελπίζω βλέποντας κάποιος την κριτική να βελτιώσει κάποια πράγματα γιατί τα τραίνα δεν είναι μόνο αναψυχή, αφορούν και την δουλειά μας.
 It is not enough that I got the 5 digit and I was charged twice because once they did not even pick it up. They do not pick up either the phone they gave me for the transfer of parcels or the phone of complaints. I hope that seeing the criticism, some things will improve because the trains are not only leisure, they also concern our work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλιοι. 5ψηφιο με χρέωση 1 ευρώ ανά λεπτό ακόμα και στην αναμονή για να κλείσω τις υπηρεσίες τους και να πληρώσω για αυτές. Σου λένε μπες στο Site. Οι παππούδες πως? Και όταν θέλω να ρωτήσω αν γίνονται τα δρομολόγια λόγω της κακοκαιρίας και στο Site δεν υπάρχει η παραμικρή αναφορά? ΑΘΛΙΟΙ
Poor. 5 digits with a charge of 1 euro per minute even while waiting to book their services and pay for them. They tell you to enter the Site. Grandparents how? And when I want to ask if the itineraries are done due to the bad weather and there is not the slightest mention on the Site? POOR
