I have been shopping from time to time for years, but I never had to change anything. Yesterday, Tuesday, I needed to be bitterly disappointed. I went to change two gifts that were bought and given to us on the same day, Saturday. The seller's reaction was that one was winter and that it only changes with winter and they had picked them up but it would do us a favor to serve us - I repeat for clothes that were bought and given on Saturday and yesterday was the first available afternoon change. At the door, however, there was still a sign for winter and summer -50%. Then, for a change, he took out 3 forms - which were still on - of which the two that we liked had 18 and 22 euros. We say do not have a discount? How, he says, from 25 is 22 for one. What we changed had from 16 says 14. He also brought us from the basement as another option 3 blouses (two of which have the same design in another color) at 11 euros. I understand that it is the end of the season and the choices by number are limited but this lady gave us the impression that she did not want to serve us and in her own way and the policy of the store essentially made the change impossible. We also felt like we were being ridiculed since it had the -50% sign outside for winter and summer and in the supposed last winter pieces it was forced to have a 10% discount. It was as if he were trying to make extra money from change. Needless to say, we were so spoiled that we did not have the courage to try to change the other gift even though it was not a discount and it did not make us. Personally, it will be difficult for me to shop again from there as I saw that the change if necessary is from difficult to practically impossible.
