Απαράδεκτος και προσβλητικός ο τρόπος εξυπηρέτησης.
Για ατομο με πολύ σοβαρό πρόβλημα υγείας δεν δέχονται να το εξυπηρετήσουν για μια απλή εκτύπωση ΙΒΑΝ χωρίς ταυτότητα ενώ είναι ο ίδιος παρών με αντίγραφο ταυτότητας και πρωτότυπο δίπλωμα οδήγησης, στοιχείο ταυτοπροσωπίας πολύ πιο ασφαλές.
Ειδικά η κυρία με τα γυαλιά στην υποδοχή απαράδεκτη.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αλήθεια είναι οτι με καθυστέρησαν λίγο παραπάνω απο όσο έπρεπε αλλα στο τέλος η δουλειά μου έγινε. Ο μόνος λόγος που έβαλα 4 αστέρια είναι γιατί με έβαλαν να περιμένω περίπου κάνα δεκάλεπτο για να έρθουν να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Ήθελα να βγάλω κάρτα ατομικής επιχείρισης.
The truth is that I was a little longer than I should have been but in the end my job was done. The only reason I put 4 stars is because they made me wait about ten minutes for them to come and serve me. I wanted to get a sole proprietorship card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τις χειρότερες τράπεζες!Ελαχιστο προσωπικό ,αγένεια και ύφος προέδρου δημοκρατίας από τους υπαλλήλους ,δεν δέχεται κανένας τα λάθη του!Επισης αρνούνται να σε εξυπηρετήσουν για πράγματα εύκολα της στιγμής ,ζητώντας σου να κλείσει ραντεβού μετά από καιρό !
