★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βάζουν την επωνυμία τους σε λίστες κρατικών προγραμμάτων και μετά ισχυρίζονται ότι δεν συμμετέχουν σε αυτά (προφανώς για να πληρώσουμε πλήρη εισητήρια, ή είναι απλά ασυνεπείς). Ευχαριστώ για το τίποτα.
They put their name on lists of government programs and then claim that they do not participate in them (obviously to pay for full tickets, or they are simply inconsistent). Thanks for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Μας ειδοποίησαν μια βδομαδα πριν τις διακοπές μας ότι δεν έγινε ποτέ η κράτηση στο ξενοδοχείο.ενώ η κράτηση είχε γίνει 2 μήνες πριν.
Unacceptable. We were notified a week before our holiday that the hotel had never been booked, while the booking had been made 2 months before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ το εν λόγω ταξιδιωτικό γραφείο είναι καταχωρημένο στους ΕΠΙΣΗΜΟΥΣ πίνακες για την επιδότηση "τουρισμός για όλους", αρνήθηκαν να μου βγάλουν ακτοπλοϊκά με την συγκεκριμένη έκπτωση. Άκουσα κάτι δικαιολογίες οι οποίες δεν θα έπρεπε να απασχολούν τον πελάτη.
υγ: Oύτε και για τον κοινωνικό τουρισμό του ΟΑΕΔ δέχτηκαν να μου βγάλουν με επιδότηση. Σε αυτό ειδικά το πρόγραμμα ποτέ δεν είχα συναντήσει άρνηση έκδοσης εκπτωτικών εισιτηρίων από κανένα άλλο γραφείο στο παρελθόν.
While this travel agency is listed on the OFFICIAL tables for the "tourism for all" subsidy, they refused to take me by boat with this discount. I heard some excuses that should not bother the customer.
PS: Nor did they accept to take me out with a subsidy for the social tourism of OAED. In this particular program I have never encountered a refusal to issue discount tickets from any other office in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιεικώς απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Ακύρωσαν την κράτηση μας μια εβδομάδα πριν με την αιτιολογία ότι δεν έγινε ποτέ η κράτηση από λάθος δικό τους. Να ενημερώσω ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν εξοφλημενο. Το χειρότερο ήταν ότι μας βρήκαν ξενοδοχείο πολύ πιο ακριβό και σε πολύ πιο μακρινή περιοχή. Το χειρότερο πρακτορείο. Μακριά τους....
Forgiving unacceptable behavior. They canceled our booking a week ago on the grounds that the booking was never made by mistake. Let me know that the room was paid. The worst part was that they found us a much more expensive hotel and in a much more remote area. The worst agency. Away from them ....
