24 person group not happy with poor communications. We ultimately did have two fine drivers for a spectacular drive to two magnificent vistas and a fantastic lunch (colombo). But we were so disappointed to have 22 confused people, in many small groups, looking for a sign that was not being held up as promised. We walked right past our host three times as she chatted on telephone and talked with others in the busy terminal building - without a sign in her hand (realizing later who she was). We'd been told we would be met 'right off the ship', but we later learned that was not possible (they should have said 'at the terminal'). The ship was a 15 minute walk away in the 96 degree sun (or there was a wait for crowded busses). We were delayed by an hour trying to now bring my handicapped father the rest of the way. We would have arranged a wheelchair. Poor communications before and at pick up (phone calls and still not finding her) "ok I see you" and then no, not there. Very odd. We found vans first in crowded parking lot. I don't mean to be harsh, but if you are purposefully wearing a polka dot dress, you might learn (maybe write it down?) the english word for polka dot. "Blue and some white - round". I told her by phone as we were walking to terminal, 'Most of our group is wearing blue tshirts' yet 12 blue tshirts walked past her seeing no sign. Despite being clear we wanted two, separate, 12 person tours, the first loaded vehicle was made to wait over an hour as Dad stalwartly hobbled forward. She told us we could go pick him up and we made a valiant attempt to pick him up, pleading with a gate security person to no avail. She'd had no clue what the requirement for entry was and had told us we could drive up. Nope. Not even for a handicapped person. We specifically had arranged for two tours to accommodate any issue that might arise with Dad. Not as requested or as expected. 12 ready to go in blue tshirts sat on bus that had been turned off. No air conditioning. 'Who chose these guys'? Unhappy campers until we arrived at the Kaisers Throne and we were in awe. Special thanks to Demitri, our driver, who seemed to really enjoy his job. We're all glad 82 year old Dad survived the walk. He arrived winded, frustrated and needing to sit in air conditioning as he (we) had expected he'd be doing an hour earlier.

Lovely spot. Don't miss out. Pontikonissi is one of the most idyllic places in Corfu. You can get the best photos of airplanes landing meanwhile enjoy a meal or drinking your refreshment in the bars or taverns around.

An excellent company with very helpful and pleasant staff. Our journey to Corfu couldn't be better. We ordered our transfers during our stay there and they were always on time with the driver waiting for us, we felt very friendly and cozy. Highly recommend .
