The service was poor. We weren’t welcomed. Every time we wanted to order, the waiters ignored us. Food was good, but way overpriced.

Wow. Almost dismissed as it seemed too far to travel from the centre of Athens. In reality it’s easily accessible and quickly by the metro. There is an English menu but no English wine menu so the latter is on trust . House red is delicious. All the portions are enormous. The highlight was sashimi of the day. Olive oil , wasabi and grated lime who knew this was a dish of the gods? Tarama excellent but like all portions enough for four. Calamari grilled with lemon, olive oil and squid ink was top drawer. Bottarga was a little similar to the Tarama but Bream with puréed aubergine again very clever . Very friendly staff and if I lived near by I would come back every week . This is on the proviso that my waiter does not serenade me with the Liverpool theme tune of Walk on . Not good if you support United !! As the Stranglers said in an unusual departure this is not a restaurant to “walk on by”

The food was extremely tasty and the service excellent! If you travel to Athens you have to go here. Highly recommend. We are all the way from Australia and we were very impressed.

Star quality! Seafood in the traditional upper-class Athenian style. It’s something that a “rich aunt” would appreciate being taken to, yet, it’s still relatively simple and down to earth. Every dish is excellent and due to its location, the place is rarely packed. Although they offer a rich collection of fresh fish almost daily, I would rather go for a combination of starters and mains myself.
