 The 9010 automatic stamps are made of a poor quality rubberized plastic material that over time sticks to the hand and releases like an “oil”. Terrible quality, I bought several for resale and now I lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good company with great customer service and guarantee of their products. Our stamp broke after several years of use. We took it back to the store from which we bought it since the package says it has a lifetime guarantee. They said they wouldn’t honor the guarantee. I contacted the Traxx company just to ask what was covered in the guarantee. I didn’t pitch a fit or beg; I just explained that it broke. Marina said it was covered and would send us a new stamp. And she printed our information on the stamp as an extra kind gesture. Not to mention that they paid the shipping from Greece to Mexico. This was all above and beyond my expectations.
