16.03.2022 Ζήτησα την ακύρωση της παραγγελίας μου και επιστροφή χρημάτων λόγο χρόνου παράδοσης
21.03.2022 Επικοινώνησα και με βεβαίωσαν πως θα γίνε η επιστροφή χρημάτων.
28.03.2022 Δεν είχε γίνει η επιστροφή. Με διαβεβαίωσαν πως θα γίνει έως 01.04.2022.
02.04.2022 Ισχυρίστηκαν πως έγινε η επιστροφή χρημάτων. Ζήτησα αποδεικτικό της επιστροφής από το paypal.
07.04.2022 Κάλεσα και ζήτησα ξανά το αποδεικτικό καθώς δεν υπάρχει ακόμα επιστροφή χρημάτων. Ανεφεραν πως θα γίνει την επόμενη μέρα.
08.04.2022 Κάλεσα ξανά ζήτησαν να καλέσω στις 09.04.2022 καθώς δεν γίνετε να μου δώσουν αποδεικτικό επιστροφής.
Προφανώς και η αδυναμία αποστολής του αποδεικτικού, που είναι υποχρεωμένοι να μου αποστείλουν είναι δικαιολογία καθώς δεν έχουν επιστρέψει τα χρήματα ακόμα και σήμερα 14.04.2022.
Με καλή διάθεση ανέφερα πως μπορώ να τους δώσω οδηγίες για την εκτύπωση του αποδεικτικού επιστροφής.
1. Έχουμε λανθασμένη διαθεσιμότητα.
2. Πολύ κακή ενημέρωση των πελατών για την πορεία της παραγγελίας.
3. Παρακράτηση των χρήματων με άγνωστο το πότε και βασικότερα το αν θα πάρω τα χρήματα μου πίσω με μόνη ελπίδα το case στο paypal με σκοπό την επιστροφή του ποσού.
Βλέποντας τις αρνητικές κριτικές παρατηρώ παρόμοια προβλήματα. Μήπως θα έπρεπε το skroutz.gr να επανεξετάσει την συνεργασία του με την εν λόγο εταιρία;
Ακόμα και τώρα επιμένουν πως έχει γίνει η επιστροφή και ότι δεν γίνετε να μου δώσουν απόδειξη επιστροφής. Όντας χρόνια υπεύθυνος ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος σας διαβεβαιώ πως όλο αυτό είναι παράνομο, προφανώς δεν ισχύουν τα λεγόμενα του καταστήματος. Ευτυχώς συνήθως σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις το paypal επιστρέφει τα χρήματα.
The order was placed on 28.02.2022 for a product immediately available.
16.03.2022 I requested the cancellation of my order and a refund due to delivery time
21.03.2022 I contacted and they assured me that the refund will be made.
28.03.2022 The return had not been made. They assured me that it will be done by 01.04.2022.
02.04.2022 They claimed that the refund was made. I asked for proof of return from paypal.
07.04.2022 I called and asked for the receipt again as there is no refund yet. They said it would happen the next day.
08.04.2022 I called again they asked me to call on 09.04.2022 as you can not give me a return receipt.
Obviously the inability to send the receipt, which they are obliged to send me is an excuse as they have not returned the money even today 14.04.2022.
In a good mood I mentioned that I can give them instructions for printing the return receipt.
1. We have the wrong availability.
2. Very poor customer information on the progress of the order.
3. Withdrawal of money with unknown when and basically whether I will get my money back with the only hope being the case in paypal in order to get a refund.
Looking at the negative reviews I notice similar problems. Should skroutz.gr reconsider its cooperation with this company?
Even now they insist that the return has been made and that you can not give me a return receipt. Having been in charge of an online store for years, I assure you that all this is illegal, obviously what the store says does not apply. Fortunately, in such cases, paypal usually returns the money.
