Ε	ΕΥΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ ΔΗΜΗΝΑΚΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση και δεν αναφέρομαι στο προσωπικό διότι οι κοπέλες στο τηλέφωνικο κέντρο ήταν άψογες. Κάνεις μια παραγγελία 8/1 και 9/1 σε ενημερώνουν ότι στάλθηκε. Περιμένεις.. Όμως στις 13/1 σε ενημερώνουν ότι δεν είναι διαθέσιμο το αντικείμενο που...στάλθηκε....(και τότε πως στάλθηκε;) Επιλεγεις 3 αλλά προϊόντα που στο site είναι διαθέσιμα αλλά τελικά... Δεν είναι! Καταληγεις στο 4ο το οποίο και παραγγέλνεις. Σου λένε ότι θα το στείλουν.. Περιμένεις.. Είμαστε 2 εβδομάδες μετά 29/1 όπου και επικοινωνείς ώστε να δεις σε ποιο στάδιο είναι το δέμα. Σου λένε στάλθηκε αλλά δεν έχουν το tracking number. Tο ψάχνουν μέσω της μεταφορικής... Μια εβδομάδα μετά 5/2 η απάντηση είναι... Χάθηκε! Η εταιρεία νίπτει τας χείρας της, ο πελάτης μένει χωρίς προϊόν και όλα καλά. Ένας είναι ο χαρακτηρισμός...αντιεπαγγελματιες!! Tragic service and I am not referring to the staff because the girls at the call center were impeccable. You place an order 8/1 and 9/1 they inform you that it has been sent. You are waiting .. But on 13/1 they inform you that the item that ... was sent is not available .... (and then how was it sent?) You choose 3 but products that are available on the site but in the end ... They are not! You end up with the 4th which you order. They tell you that they will send it .. You are waiting .. We are 2 weeks after 29/1 where you communicate to see what stage the parcel is at. They tell you it was sent but they do not have the tracking number. They are looking for it through transport ... One week after 5/2 the answer is ... Lost! The company washes its hands, the customer is left without a product and all is well. One is the characterization ... unprofessional !!

Πρέπει να βάλουν και 0 αστέρια στις αξιολογήσεις I ended up appealing to Paypal for an order I returned due to late delivery and after a month of waiting for my refund.
