Ο χώρος είναι άψογος με προσεκτικό φωτισμό και όμορφη διακόσμηση. Τα πιάτα Εικόνα & γεύση άριστα 10. Και εκεί που νομίζεις ότι τα έχεις δει όλα έρχεται το κέρασμα στο τέλος να σε αποτελειώσει. Τι να πω μπράβο! Amazing restaurant. It gets excellent at everything and I explain. The service is polite and fast. The area is impeccable with careful lighting and beautiful decoration. The dishes Image & flavor excellent 10. And where you think you have seen them all comes the treat in the end to finish you. What to say bravo!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος με όμορφη διακόσμηση και γήινα χρώματα που συνθέτουν ένα ήρεμο και φωτεινό περιβάλλον για να απολαύσεις το φαγητό σου. Το σέρβις είναι γρήγορο και εξυπηρετικό, ενώ τα πιάτα φτάνουν με τη σωστή σειρά και στους σωστούς χρόνους. Ο κατάλογος έχει πολλές επιλογές τόσο από ορεκτικά και σαλάτες όσο και σε κυρίως πιάτα, ενώ αλλάζει ανά δύο μήνες. Δημιουργικές συνταγές αλλά και αρκετά κλασικά πιάτα. Φρέσκα υλικά, προσεγμένα και μαγειρεμένα με τις σωστές τεχνικές. Οι γεύσεις θα μπορούσαν να είναι λίγο πιο ευφάνταστες αλλά σίγουρα το φαγητό είναι πολύ καλό, το καλύτερο που θα βρείτε στην πόλη. Η λίστα κρασιών είναι περιορισμένη αλλά έχει αξιόλογες επιλογές. Προσωπικά το μόνο φάουλ που βρίσκω είναι ότι έχει κρασιά από το Αμύνταιο και από άλλες περιοχές, ενώ η περιοχή της Ηλείας αλλά και η ευρύτερη περιοχή της Πελοποννήσου μαζί με Κεφαλονιά και Ζάκυνθο έχουν να προσφέρουν ορισμένα εξαιρετικά οινοποιεία με τρομερής ποιότητας ετικέτες. Έτσι, θεωρώ ότι το Pinot Noir του Κτήματος Άλφα θα μπορούσε να αντικατασταθεί από μια εξαιρετική Μαυροδάφνη από την περιοχή της Ηλείας ή της Αχαΐας, ενώ θα έπρεπε να έχουν θέση στη λίστα κρασιών ο Αυγουστιάτης και γιατί όχι και κάποια Ρομπόλα. Συνολικά πρόκειται για ένα πάρα πολύ όμορφο εστιατόριο με κορυφαία εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ καλό φαγητό. Με μικρές παρεμβάσεις στις γεύσεις και στη λίστα κρασιών θα είναι σε θέση να ανταγωνίζεται στα ίσα αντίστοιχα εστιατόρια της πρωτεύουσας. Αξίζει σίγουρα να το επισκεφθείτε αν βρεθείτε στην πόλη του Πύργου. The best restaurant in Pyrgos with a big difference from the rest. Excellent space with beautiful decoration and earthy colors that compose a calm and bright environment to enjoy your food. The service is fast and helpful, while the dishes arrive in the right order and at the right times. The menu has many options from appetizers and salads as well as main dishes, while it changes every two months. Creative recipes but also several classic dishes. Fresh ingredients, carefully prepared with the right techniques. The flavors could be a little more imaginative but definitely the food is very good, the best you will find in town. The wine list is limited but has worthwhile choices. Personally, the only foul I find is that it has wines from Amynteo and other areas, while the area of Ilia and the wider area of the Peloponnese along with Kefalonia and Zakynthos have to offer some excellent wineries with terrible quality labels. Thus, I believe that the Pinot Noir of the Alpha Estate could be replaced by an excellent Mavrodafni from the region of Ilia or Achaia, while Augustiatis should have a place in the wine list and why not some Robola. Overall this is a very nice restaurant with top service and very good food. With small interventions in the flavors and the wine list it will be able to compete in the equal respective restaurants of the capital. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the city of Pyrgos.

I am following this restaurant from the beggining and it is obvious every time that experience experimentation and the adaptive character of the chef to cover the demand of the present with propositions of new ideas- dishes and tastes throughout them its outstanding and getting better and better!descent prices,in the center of Pyrgos town,easy parking in the nearby streets,helpfull staff,reservation is needed most of the times,great variety of wines,yes you have to dinner with your wife or girlfriend...
