★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the worst experience as a client that I can remember in my life. I asked if they had an instant spot for a haircut and they sat me down. After wrapping me and ready to cut, another client came in. They asked him if he can wait for 10min and he refused as he had an appointment (no comment on that!). What did the employee do? He unwrapped me and he told me that he had to do the other guy first!!! I mean insane, ridiculous and humiliating! These people are the worst professionals that I have ever encountered.
