It is not only the food quality and the high hygiene ( even in the small place they had in the first years) but also the Ethos and international mindset of the owners Michalis and Vaia that when visiting you can have a proper discussion ( even quick as they never stop taking orders and serving people). Even the stuff that remains the same all these years says a lot about the integrity of the place. Highly recommend for anyone that is at the northern suburbs
