Every time I go to the store for shopping or pick up the phone they are always helpful and polite. They solved all my questions and explained everything to me. Congratulations to the saleswoman who served us!
N	Nikos Tsimpidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάποτε ήταν ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί (έχω ψωνίσει από εκεί πάνω από 1200€ πράγματα). Τώρα όχι! Παρήγγειλα ένα παγούρι SIGG και ήταν άλλο χρώμα το καπάκι από αυτό της φωτογραφίας στη σελίδα τους. Έστειλα ένα ευγενέστατο email ζητώντας μήπως υπάρχει ανταλλακτικό σε άλλο χρώμα (ώστε να το αγοράσω), αλλά ΠΟΤΕ δεν απάντησαν! Επίσης, την προηγούμενη μέρα είχα ζητήσει tracking number, αλλά ΟΥΤΕ τότε απάντησαν. Δεν μπορείς να στέλνεις διαφορετικό προϊόν από αυτό της φωτογραφίας και να μην μπαίνεις στον κόπο ούτε να απαντήσεις!! Δεν έκανα τσαμπουκά! Ζήτησα απλά ΑΝ υπάρχει ως ανταλλακτικό το άλλο χρώμα για να το ΑΓΟΡΑΣΩ!! Καμία απάντηση εδώ και 4 μέρες! Κάποτε είχα την καλύτερη άποψη και τους πρότεινα σε όλους. Τώρα όμως φαίνεται κάτι σαν να μην πάει καλά... Κρίμα. They used to be polite and helpful (I have bought over € 1200 things from there). Not now! I ordered a SIGG hermit crab and the cap was a different color than the one on the photo on their page. I sent a very kind email asking if there is a spare part in another color (to buy it), but they NEVER responded! Also, the day before I had asked for a tracking number, but they did NOT answer either. You can not send a different product than the one in the photo and not bother or answer !! I did not make a fuss! I just asked IF there is the other color as a spare part to BUY it !! No answer for 4 days! I once had the best opinion and I recommended them to everyone. But now something seems to be wrong ... Too bad.

Το τρίκυκλο έχει και κάποια μοναδικά είδη κορυφαίας ποιότητας στις καλύτερες τιμές. Quality products for our babies and good service in a competitive environment (I mean there are about a dozen baby and children's shops around). The tricycle also has some unique items of top quality at the best prices.

Κάναμε όλες τις αγορές απο εκεί (2500€+) και ενώ οι ίδιοι μας είχαν πει ότι προσφέρουν δωρεάν μεταφορά στο σπίτι, δεν έγινε ποτέ. Λόγω του πολύ μικρου αυτοκινήτου που έχουμε, ζήτησα να γίνει η μεταφορά στο σπίτι. Όταν πήγα να εξοφλήσω το ποσό, μου ειπαν οτι δεν μπορει να γινει η μεταφορά στο σπίτι και προσπαθούσα μισή ώρα να χωρέσω όλα τα πράγματα στο αμάξι (κούνια, καρότσι, κάθισμα αυτοκινήτου κλπ). Οταν τους ρώτησα, γιατι δεν εγινε η μεταφορά, όπως ιμοι ίδιοι μου είχαν προτείνει, μου είπαν ότι πρέπει να τα στειλουν πάλι στις αποθήκες και να τα μεταφέρουν πάλι απο κει, κάτι που θα χρειαζόταν νέα τιμολόγια γι’αυτούς. Απαράδεκτοι, αν μπορείτε να το αποφύγετε, κάντε το. The service is unacceptable. We made all the purchases from there (2500 € +) and while they themselves had told us that they offer free transfer at home, it never happened. Due to the very small car we have, I asked to be transported home. When I went to pay the amount, I was told that the transfer could not be done at home and I tried for half an hour to fit all the things in the car (cot, stroller, car seat, etc.). When I asked them why the transfer did not take place, as they themselves had suggested, they told me that they should send them back to the warehouses and transport them back from there, which would require new invoices for them. Unacceptable, if you can avoid it, do it.
