Κ	Κικη Σολομιδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο αγενεστερος και πιο απαράδεκτος επιχειρηματιας που έχω επισκεφτεί. Εδώ και πόσα χρόνια έχω αφήσει πολλά λεφτά εκεί και δεν εκτιμήθηκε τίποτα. Έχω φιμε μεμβράνες και στο παράθυρο του οδηγού μπήκε μια πετρούλα και το χάραξε αμυδρά. Ωστόσο το μάτι μου πήγαινε συνέχεια εκεί καθώς δεν είμαι άσχετος από αμαξια και έχω ρίξει λεφτά πάνω του.Το πήγα εκεί να μου το αλλάξει και αφού το πήρα και άνοιξα το παράθυρο του συνοδηγού η μεμβράνη ήταν ξεκολλημενη από την πάνω πλευρά. Προφανώς ξεκίνησαν να βγάζουν του συνοδηγού και μετά κατάλαβαν ότι έκαναν λάθος και το άφησαν. Πήγα ευγενικά να του το πω και με αντιμετώπισε με τη μεγαλυτερη αγένεια που έχω συναντήσει δείχνοντας μου ότι με βλέπει μόνο σαν πορτοφόλι λέγοντας μου ότι αυτό το έχει εδώ και χρόνια!! Ότι θα έβλεπα τη γραμμη από την πέτρα και δεν θα έβλεπα τη μεμβράνη που ξεκόλλησε και έκανε και θόρυβο! Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά σε χρονιο πελάτη! Μακριά! The rudest and most unacceptable businessman I have ever visited. For many years I have left a lot of money there and nothing was appreciated. I have tinted films and a little oil came in the driver's window and dimmed it. However, my eye kept going there as I am not unrelated to a car and I have thrown money on it. I went there to change it and after I took it and opened the passenger window the membrane was detached from the upper side. Apparently they started taking out the co-driver and then they realized that they were wrong and left it. I politely went to tell him and he treated me with the greatest rudeness I have encountered, showing me that he only sees me as a wallet, telling me that he has had this for years !! That I would see the line from the stone and I would not see the membrane that came off and made noise! Unacceptable behavior to a chronic customer! Far away!
T	TASOS KANELLAKIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τριμ!! Είναι πολύ καλοί μέχρι να σου πάρουν τα χρήματα και δεν αναγνωρίζουν καμία ζημιά που προκάλεσαν στο αυτοκίνητο. Η εργασία ήταν τοποθέτηση σύγχρονης οθόνης σε αυτοκίνητο αλλά ήταν αγορασμένη απο Ελληνική αντιπροσωπεία, όχι από το κατάστημα γιατί δεν με ικανοποιούσαν τά προιόντα του ... Αυτό ήταν! Δεν πρόκειται να δουλέψουν μπροστά σου γιατί? ... Υπάρχει λόγος. Και μετά την "εξυπηρέτηση" αν έχεις παράπονο δεν έχουν χρόνο να ασχοληθούν με σένα. Ετοιμο ήταν χωρίς καμμία ρύθμιση και οι χάρτες θα λειτουργούσαν μετά από λίγη ώρα αφού κινήσω το αυτοκίνητο (η απάντηση του εγκαταστάτη!) Το πρόβλημα λύθηκε σε 5 λεπτά από άλλο συνάδελφο! Λυπάμαι γιατί την μου σύστησε φίλος. Trim !! They are very good until they take your money and do not recognize any damage they caused to the car. The job was to install a modern screen in a car but it was bought from a Greek dealership, not from the store because I was not satisfied with its products ... That was it! They are not going to work in front of you why? ... There is a reason. And after the "service" if you have a complaint they do not have time to deal with you. It was ready without any adjustment and the maps would work after a while after I start the car (the installer's answer!) The problem was solved in 5 minutes by another colleague! I'm sorry because a friend recommended it to me.
