Την επόμενη εβδομάδα έλαβα δεύτερο email ακύρωσης παραγγελίας με την αιτιολογία πως το προϊόν δεν είναι διαθέσιμο. Έχοντας χάσει τον χρόνο μου αναρωτιέμαι πόσο δύσκολο είναι να γίνεται η διασταύρωση του αποθέματος πριν την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας. Very bad experience. I made a purchase from the website and received a purchase confirmation email. The following week I received a second order cancellation email on the grounds that the product is not available. Having wasted my time I wonder how difficult it is to cross the stock before completing the order.

Προϊόν από τον ίδιο κατασκευαστή αλλά ΆΛΛΟ προϊόν! They sent me another product from what I had ordered and from what the photo showed, also my order took me a week to deliver and not three days as it said without any information in between. Unacceptable store! Product from the same manufacturer but ANOTHER product!

Πραγματοποίησα συναλλαγή μέσω κάρτας, 5 ημέρες μετά με ενημέρωσαν με email πως το προϊόν δεν είναι σε καλή κατάσταση ώστε να μου αποσταλεί και πως έγινε ακύρωση της πληρωμής και θα επιστραφεί το ποσό από την τράπεζα. Κάλεσα στην τράπεζα 3 εβδομάδες μετά επειδή δεν είδα το ποσό στον λογαριασμό μου, για να με ενημερώσουν σχετικά με την ακύρωση πληρωμής αν έγινε και την διαδικασία και μου είπαν πως δεν υπάρχει τέτοια κίνηση. Εν ολίγοις, απάτη και έκανα αίτηση αμφισβήτησης συναλλαγής για να πάρω τα χρήματα μου πίσω! Unacceptable service! I made a transaction by card, 5 days later I was informed by email that the product is not in good condition to be sent to me and that the payment was canceled and the amount will be refunded by the bank. I called the bank 3 weeks later because I did not see the amount in my account, to be informed about the cancellation of payment if the procedure was done and they told me that there is no such move. In short, I cheated and applied for a transaction to get my money back!
P	Pavlos_SKG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εταιρεία πολύ σωστή στις παραγγελίες της, ενημερώνει σχετικά με την αποστολή του προϊόντος αλλά δυστυχώς έχει επιλέξει λάθος μεταφορική, την "elta courier" για την αποστολή δεμάτων της και αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα την απίστευτη ταλαιπωρία των πελατών της. Θα ξαναγόραζα κάποιο προϊόν εφόσον βέβαια η εταιρία άλλαζε μεταφορική. The company is very correct in its orders, it informs about the shipment of the product but unfortunately it has chosen the wrong shipping company, the "elta courier" for the shipment of its parcels and this results in the incredible suffering of its customers. I would buy a product again if of course the company changed shipping.

Σίγουρα υπάρχουν ακόμα "κενά" στην σωστή διακίνηση και διαχείριση των εμπορευμάτων και για αυτό τον λόγο δεν έβαλα 5 αστέρια. Υπάρχει όμως η διάθεση και όταν κάτι δεν πάει καλά έχεις κάποιον εκπρόσωπο στο τηλέφωνο να σε ακούσει και να διορθώσει...και αυτό δεν το συναντάς παντού και αξίζει να το τονίσω. My first personal experience was entirely positive. Certainly there are still "gaps" in the proper handling and management of goods and for this reason I did not put 5 stars. But there is a mood and when something goes wrong you have a representative on the phone to listen to you and correct ... and you do not find this everywhere and it is worth emphasizing.

Και με καθυστέρηση μιας βδομάδας γιατί τα φτιάχνουν κατόπιν παραγγελίας μου είπαν. Αφού επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά μαζί τους μετα την αποστολή φωτογραφίας με τον εντοπισμό του λάθους, μου απάντησαν πως όταν δουν το mail κάποια στιγμή, τότε θα επικοινωνήσουν ξανά μαζί μου. Unacceptable service and behavior. I received this particular utensil instead of the sini pan I had ordered. And with a delay of a week because they make them to order they told me. After I contacted them by phone after sending a photo with the detection of the error, they replied that when they see the mail at some point, then they will contact me again.
