★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For many years we have enjoyed drinking our afternoon coffees and after dinner drinks in Methoni's 'Doureios Ippos'. We knew they were going to move to a new location, which is only a few minutes walk away from the old premises. Upon arriving in Methoni this year we were totally amazed at how fantastic the new place looks. The stone building has been beautifully restored retaining all the old features, but with ultra modern facilities. The owner and the staff look completely at home there and they offer the same friendly and professional service. The quality of the food and drink is of the same high standard as before. It is really the place to go if you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings including the waterfall on the wall.
