Horrible service, you have no internet in the rooms, HB guests have only water to drink at diner and breakfast, coffee, tea or juice is only for "all inclusive" guests. Rooms are not clean, the food is the same every day and they use the rests from one meal to prepare the next one. The cleaners come every day, but they only clean out the trash and they do it during your afternoon rest, they don't bother that you are trying to sleep. The location is on the main road far from the center and also far from the beach. They don't deserve three stars and not in any case the fourth one they got one week ago. I'm not recommending this establishment to anyone.

Beside its location, I can’t Say anything good about this hotel. Breakfast at 8 euros contains same food every day, too few dishes, no fruits, no vegetables, cheap products. I’ ve been eating eggs and butter every day. Dirthy rooms, they’ve changed our bed sheet and they’ve put us an used one. We’ve attentioned The reception and they’ve changed it.

Nice hotel but cant mark it top due to breakfast, its in a great location not far from beaches etc and a host of great restaurants. The rooms are nice and quite spacious, cleaned every day and the beds are nice and comfy. The staff are extremely friendly and always there to help and advise. So really almost perfect but for me my only gripe (and it is my only gripe!) Was the choice of food presented for breakfast, not even a toaster. Which i found dissapointing. I must add however that it wont stop me from visiting the tropical again in the future and hopefully they will make good.

The manager is the minus of the hotel. We also saw on other location too that the managers are the main persons who have bad attitude with tourists looks like they are very stressed and this affects the guests. The other stuff was friendly. We asked about check in hour they told us 14 and when we arrived at 14 he told us that begining with 14 not at 14 and maybe the rooms will be ready in 40min -1 hour with a very unpleasant attitude, he didn't changed this attitude for all our entire stay. The cleanliness was very superficial, full of hair and dust, the glasses from room very dirty, we can't wash it without very good clenaning products. The hair from bath floor and walls remained there for all our stay even if they clean rooms almos every day and that was nice, but too superficial. The food was very similar each day, over half of food is the same each day and too cheap. On the breakfast they give you some cheap juice and water and on the dinner only water in very small glasses and sometimes water is not cold. If you need more water you need to take few glasses. The terrace where you can eat is very nice but need more umbrellas because is too much sun. The rooms was not bad but not like booking photos, I think they have some rooms like booking photos but not ours. The wi fi is annoying because you need to put password and user each time when you connect. On the weekend they have some young tourists who screamed and slamed the doors all night and nobody told him to stop and we can't sleep all the night. The pool is ok with good water but you can use it only until 19 so when we want to use it we are not allowed, the air condition in our room was ok, with a better attitude and a little more attention on details, like cleanlinnes and a better quality food could be a good place. The distance from the beach is min 700 m but to find a better beach is over about 1,5 kms The attached pictures are from the moment when we arrived not after we used the room.

I'd give them 4 stars if the hotel really did deserve all 4 stars, but I have more complaints to state than nice things. First off, staff was really nice. They solved our issues relatively fast. They clean rooms every day. Food was OK, variety wasn't big but it was just enough. You have kitchen elements in room. Beds were comfortable for me and I didn't have much trouble sleeping besides heat. It's near the beach and city center. You don't need all inclusive to get coffee and other beverages. Pool was also clean and nice. Now what made me give 3 stars instead of 4: I think half of light bulbs in room don't work, including lamps beside bed, small light in front of main door and bathroom door, also fridge light didn't work at all. Also I have huge complaint about air conditioner. First days we thought it didn't work since it took hours to get room cooled down. We asked at reception to check it out and fix it. Allegedly, the next day they fixed it, but still it literally took 2-3 hours to get room from 30° C to 20° C. It works 10 minutes then stops working for 10 minutes and so on, so it must be working like that on purpose, but it's still very annoying. Another very irritating thingg is that you don't almost have any surface to put your things on in bathroom besides the shelf under the mirror, cup for toothbrushes and one towel holder. Shelf under the mirror is very small so there is almost no space to put your stuff on. Kitchen doesn't have any silverware or plates or anything besides few glasses. So don't forget to bring your own utensils. Cleaning ladies came anywhere between 10 am to 1 pm and it was kind of annnoying because if you decide to stay in your room instead of going somewhere in the morning you couldn't even hang a "don't disturb" card because there was none. Don't expect much from Wi Fi, wifi was great until more guests came next days since there are only two hotspots; one for the rooms and one for the pool.

Modern, renovated rooms. Lot above average for Greece. Nice and clean hotel. Great value for money. Nice food, and very helpful staff, especially Nikola :)

We stayed for five nights but the experience was not the best. I have to say that the fourth star (which even in the building's sign looks weird) is not worthy of the services, this hotel has to offer. Positives: - Friendly staff, but not capable to keep up with the pressure. - New rooms (not all of them). Negatives: - The parking is just for laughs. It cannot be described as private parking, when it is an open place (full of sand) and not even labeled with parking spots. - The breakfast was very poor (fortunately we didn't pay it in the booking) - Zero Covid safety at the reception (everyone had their masks down and some of them didn't even wear them) - There is a very old pool. The stairs of it are ready to be dismantled and the showers where dirty. There should also be a staff member to remind the people there, to respect the resting hours and not act like they where in the jungle! - Regarding the rooms, the lights turn on and off all together, which is annoying. They were also very bright. - The bed was too short, even for a girl who is 1,62. - The cleanliness of the room was just mediocre. I would suggest the hotel to rethink, what a four star hotel provides.

the hotel fully deserves 5 stars, why? The hotel staff at the reception is dedicated to you to greet you with a smile, to help you with luggage if needed, to escort you to your room, to answer any questions, to provide you with any kind of help, etc. Rooms and apartments are decorated with a modern design that will beautify your everyday stay, and look identical to the pictures from the site, as well as the bathroom, where everything is in marble and in pleasant shades with adjustable LED lighting. Hygiene is at an impeccable level in the room and the bathroom, because the cleaners clean every day, wipe every piece of furniture, and if you leave scattered bedding and things in the room, they will stack and arrange! Bed linen is changed every 5th day. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer as well as small packages for maintaining personal hygiene (shampoo, soap, gel). The TV is with a cable operator of 30 channels. It has a kettle (inability to prepare Greek coffee) which is enough to prepare instant coffee. A small refrigerator is enough to cool the drink. The food is excellent, prepared by an excellent chef who speaks several languages, there is something for everyone, from different European cuisines including of course at least one Greek meal, where there are always several types of meat, pork, chicken, fish ...! For all meals there is a minimum of 5-6 main meal, as also many salads, as 3 desserts, including the obligatory fruit! And you always have a light meal at your disposal, such as jam, honey and butter ...! From drinks, all types of instant coffee are available to you, as well as a couple of types of juices! and all this of course without limit in quantity! Next to the pool which is crystal clear, there is a snack bar with a large selection of different drinks and food at reasonable prices! In general, the grade would be 9.5. Well done to the entire management.
